I stayed for 3 nights and the hotel charged me USD 900 when I checked in, and the staff told me that it was pre authorisation, which isn't. When checked out another staff asked me to pay USD 570 which is my room charge and he claimed that the original money, which is USD 900, will be refunded to my account within one week, but it didn't. I contacted with Accor and there is no response from the hotel.

I’ve stayed at raffles hotels before,but not the one in Siem Reap.Therefore,I know what to expect prior to arrival or booking a reservation.I really enjoyed the friendly,helpful hospitality,especially the white glove car service,and how quickly it was booked,not to mention upgraded.The room with the walk-in shower was perfect along with the view.The morning breakfast with champagne was more than I can eat.Loved being able to sit outside on the patio.

Our stay was fine, but it didn't feel like an out-of-the-ordinary stay. The accommodations were lovely, and the staff were cordial. But our stay wasn't magical like I was expecting. The positive experiences we did have were because we paid for them, not because the staff were going above and beyond.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made for a delightful stay. We enjoyed the quality of food and selection in the restaurants. The service throughout the entire hotel was amazing. There were a few places in the hotel that need renovation, and we believe there is renovation scheduled for this summer. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the hotel and would stay here again.

I really enjoyed, Good food at the main restaurant Breakfast need to improve gluten free session. Only one type of bread:( And include some vegan proteins ... its trendy nowadays even for not vegan people... Gym room (need to improve the ventilation. mobile Air conditioner too strong and it flows direct tonyour back when exercising... staff well-prepared.... especially the concierge....
