There are several outstanding members of the hotels such as a Abdel in room service and the front of house during the day when we arrived. However when we left the desk clerks were insulting and will really make me question if I want to return. Too bad

« Our experience was mixed. Several issues were not addressed. »

When we arrived our Room was ready. However, it had a strong smell of cigarettes. About 2 hours later we were upgraded to a bigger Suite. We had dinner at Matsuhisa the first evening and despite clearly telling the waiter of an onion allergy our food contained chives and raw onions, which made us very sick. We also had problems with the Master bedroom TV which would turn off repeatedly. The technicians at the Hotel could not resolve the issue. The positives were the Concierge team, the Front Desk staff and the Doormen. Overall, not a 5 Star guest experience.

« An amazing place with incredible service »

Everything was great and staff is extremely dedicated and nice. Areas for improvement are below: - Small details in room that makes a big difference: plugs by the bed were not working, one light was not working either, the cleaning service throw my toothbrush away etc. NO BIG DEAL but still mini improvements could be made. - Check in took for ever and some of my guests got their room at 16h15. This should never happen after a 10h flight.

« great experiencing this time »

Overall it was a great experience and the concierge and reception were great and very friendly and welcoming. One or two "hick ups" only with the toilet seat up or down at will...... and the room service being very slow. When I ordered breakfast in the room in the morning before I left for work, I had it with some delay, but the worst thing was that the food trolley was left in the middle of the room and was still there when I cam back to the room at 730pm and even after the room was attended by the mate for cleaning

Terrific location and front of house staff. The room was stylish but not particularly comfortable. It could be noisy in the courtyard late at night. Housekeeping was not up to standard of rest of hotel.
