I have been staying at your hotel for the past several years and as always I enjoyed my stay. I will be back on my next trip. The only point I have to bring up is the fact that the swimming pool is not available for guests are certain times due to swimming lessons for kids. While I am a strong advocate of kids learning swimming at an early age, there must be alternatives for their swimming lessons outside a highly rated hotel. I think it is not fair to the paying guests if their access to the pool is restricted.

« Excellent hotel »

The hotel meets the highest expectations. The room quality is excellent. All staff is very helpful and efficient. Minor issues that could be improved: - The device for foot disinfection (after pool/sauna) was disabled; it'd be important to turn it on. - The opening hours for the sauna are quite restrictive; it'd be great to extend them (e.g., in the morning). - The coffee (in the capsules in the room) is quite weak and not very good; changing the brand might be a good idea.

We arrived early morning about 0730 on 8 Nov 2018 and Mr. Rinus (if I remember his name correctly) kindly checked us in right away in a very welcoming manner. We were very pleased. We stayed in 2 intervals of 8-10 Nov and 11-14 Nov. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. One of the staff in the restaurant took great care of us during our breakfasts. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well equipped. Only the derailed sliding glass panel beside the bath tub in room 1518 gave me a little worry. Otherwise, it was a great stay for both of us.

Front desk staff was extremely (far above average what I experience during my approximately 100 hotel nights per year) friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side, especially when travelling with some luggage. But everything worked well. The ice machine in the 2nd floor is not capable to supply the demand.
