The automatic check-in was good as there was no queue during check-in or check-out. The hotel staff was very attentive and patient to our additional housekeeping requests. Overall, the hotel staff gave us a warm and welcoming feeling throughout our stay

This is my first time experienced that self-service of check in, I do not know how many of your guests like this but for me this was not feeling comfortable and just few front desk staff around to assist but more guests did check in on same time and in fact everyone needs assistance. Mini bar was completely emptied for 2 days. Showroom water ran out because no door installed. Would be good if can place table and chair in balcony. Except that, all good...very convenient location, breakfast food and service.

No welcome at Reception but unpersonalised Computer Screens. Ligtning much too dynemic as the night lights (good idea) are much too bright and trigger way too easy. The fridge (Minibar) which is empty has a very bright annoying blue light during the night (blue light is bad for sleep see Research) which makes it almost impossible to sleep. Unpersonalised check out and very rushed. Breakfast is in a big hall with rushed Service and Long waiting times. Very good view and comfortable rooms apart from the lights. Bathroom could do with a modern shower in stead of climbing in a bath tub (we are all getting older)

Seamless, modern, comfortable and environmentally friendly stay. Will most definitely recommend to anyone else going to Singapore. Below are some of my experiences: 1. Check in was very prompt, and staff very helpful 2. Room was beautiful, modern and complete, very comfortable and all equipment/amenities working well 3. Room service / house keeping level of service was fantastic and so courteous and helpful, really going the extra mile 4. The only thing I would make a recommendation to improve on: a. Contacting the front desk/ house keeping is a bit of a wait, not as prompt as it should be b. Breakfast queue can be a challenge but otherwise good food and service and swiss café or the other Asian restaurant who were very accommodating c. Room service food quality could be improved.

For 5 star hotel, guess need to self check-in???? And the staff was so limited to assists on self check in counter!!! Understand you all have complaint from guess due to long wait for check-in in the past but doesn't mean guess request self-check in! In Europe/US, guess can opt for online check-in and only need to provide ID to pickup the room key if they need fast. Else they can proceed check in at the counter as those need special request and etc.... I will not stay in this hotel if not requested by company event.
