Luxury Escapes Package. Not cheap but ok value Come to Singapore 3 to 5 times per year. hotel stay was average but compensating was a great view from our room

10 out of 10. Hospitality and courtesy could not be faulted. Service and advice with a wonderful "happy" smile. Room and overall facilities were spot on. Restaurants and Bars were fabulous and enormous varieties. Will definitely return, when ever possible, Cheers

Unfortunately room 6164 has problems with all the taps. Don't seem to be able to turn off the water completely. Reported the problem but still leaking. There was a lot of water wasted for the 2 nights stay.

the people really make the real difference. everyone at the hotel are very professional welcoming and they responded to your questions, greet you with a welcoming tone and professional responses when you ask a question or for help. its EVERYONE. they are passionate and you can tell they really like what they are doing. i have never had this experience so genuine anywhere else being a frequent travelling for the past 18 years and been all around the globe. Me and My colleague stayed at Stamford Swiss hotel and the experience was awesome. Clean bed, clean bathroom, also free Capsule coffee, TWG tea to start our day in the morning! Great view to MBS too! Will definitely come back again!

« Very happy with the check-in staff. Couldn't find my booking* but he managed to get me a room!! »

Room nicely refurbished. However the aircond is not strong enough - could hardly feel it during the daytime. *I booked the room via my corporate travel portal together with my airticket. Probably, the hotel booking didn't go through.

Disabled room given and presented to me as an upgrade. Room changed at inconvenience to me to one overseeing building works leading to lack of sleep throughout my stay. Due to the original trouble of moving rooms, I stuck with the replacement room.

good day, I have stayed a few times over weekends and I must say that the services and warm hospitality in the hotel has never fail me at all. From the reception up to the restaurant management, I am very contended and will not hesitate to re-visit whenever I can. « ROOM WAS VERY TIRED »

Our overall experience in staying with you was lovely but the room was very tired. The décor was very outdated, the carpets were stained, the bed light was broken, the wall behind the bedhead was covered in mould or stained and the condition of the bath/shower was not appealing. I was not even going to have a bath because of the mouldy silicone etc around the drain holes. Very disappointing. We actually "upgraded" to this room from the Classic Harbour View Room so were expecting a modern room. The staff, concierge, housekeeping and everyone working in the executive lounge were lovely and I cannot fault any of them. Also loved the location so not all negative.

Very good stay, would like to mention an instance where I had dropped my phone in the airport taxi and Mr.Abd Hamid at the front desk took the time to help me reach the taxi service and get my phone back - which was really a great experience. two thumbs up for Swissotel Stamford, Singapore!!!

« Great spirit at a great hotel! »

Chose to stay for a bit more than a week while participating a half marathon. Great location in the center of the city near Orchard Road and Marina Bay. Had a room with a breathtaking harbor view. Hotel is definitely preferable to Marina Bay Sands! Outstanding service from all the staff I met. Hopefully the Swissotel spirit will remain despite the takeover of the Accor Group...

« Great bay view from a modern room »

I enjoyed my stay in a bay view room. This is a big hotel with many people but everything was run efficiently. The breakfast had lots of options but the quality can be a little better. I noticed that the fruit choices had gone down. But still appreciated the room services very much. It offered lots of options and was very fast.
