Overall check in experience was fine, wait some time (though we arrived after the check in time) but get a nice view room. During the night, one light in the bathroom could not be closed anyway, finally hotel faculty came over and fixed it.

Beautiful room 1575 but both nights spoiled by extremely loud music from 16th floor till 2 a.m. We've asked not to stay in the west tower next time!

I had an issue initially with my room which was smoking (I’m a non smoker) after an initial glitch hotel not only changed rooms but upgraded and the manager I dealt with was beyond delightful and professional

« Good service but spoiled but poor handling of incident »

As above - the general experience was satisfactory. Unfortunately my wife had a bad incident with the hair saloon which was dealt with quite badly with hotel reception when we informed them. The money disputed was extremely small (only about 200 lira) but left a very bad taste in our mouth and made us feel like we were lying. We will not be coming back to this hotel.

Everything was OK except one thing. I came as a guest of TRT World, your charged my card on check in but on check out did not make refund until reminding you by me and after denying charging me by TRT World team on 8th. This makes difference of about 60 lira and charge on my English card 91 lira.

It is daily 100$,100€ or 300 TL. . However, due to debit cards can not be blocked we need to charged them. My experience was null because you management doesn't take into consideration the urgent cases of the customer even if he is a usual customer since 15 years specially when it is a force majeur. Because we stayed 1 night in your hotel then we went to Ankara for business meeting and we supposed to come back another night in your hotel where we booked via our agency but unfortunately we could not show up due to flight from ankara to istanbul and you didn't even accept to reimburse us knowing that we are not a normal client that it is the first time that we book in your hotel and Mrs Feysa reject our personal request and didn't take into consideration that we are not new customer and even our agency request was rejected as well. My stay was excellent, this is my second time i stay in your esteemed hotel. Very clean hotel, impeccable service, tasty food but above all excellent things i said above you have A true treasure in your reception called MR. SEMET KURT who is a very professional and nice person who assisted us during out stay(for the 2nd time) and i give ur hotel a true 5 star hotel and mr. Semet kurt a true 6 star professionalism. I have been to four season hotels in many countries, vogue hotel, emirates tower dubai, pallazio versace dubai etc... But the way mr. Semet treates us was by far the best so i congratulate you for this peraon in your staff.
