Great front desk staff . Had room ready early which was nice. Club was nice but food does need to be a little more free flowing especially when busy. Room was fantastic we will be back soon

Excelent location close to everywhere. Arrivel from the airport by the train is very convinius: The train station (from the airport and to the airport) is located about 3 minutes away from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and equipped. The reception staff were exceptional (very helpul and understanding). The bootom line: highly recommend!

Stayed over with my sister for my birthday weekend and since it was our first time at Swissotel, we were nervous of what to expect. Check in went well and hearing the piano travelling through the space with dimming lights and warm buzz of guests already got us struck with warmth. The staff at the Bar and waitress were just as nice as the hotel! Kind enough to offer wine tasting as it was my first time trying alcohol and the variety of cocktails were phenomenal. Thank you to the F&B staff!🫶🏽 Will definitely go back again and for that, i’m already booked in for the end of May. See you soon!

The staff were very friendly from the star of my stay til the end of my stay and they were very welcoming. Also access to parking was close so that was a benefit. Hotel was beautiful and organised, did not get lost at all.

Hi Both days the experience at breakfast was excellent. Manager Aniket was of great assistance with Veg Dietery equirements and demonstrated excellent customer service. We had free drinks coupons which were limited to non-alcoholic drinks, we asked to swap 2 coupons for one drink but were not allowed. This request should be accomodated
