I am always impressed by your staff members working at the Excutive lounge. They are very well trained and caring of guests. (not only to me but also to other guests. )eg- Lisa and Darcy are always with smiling. They know my preferences in breakfast. What is surprising me, your part time worker :Mr Fan, skinny guy wearing black uniform , may be he is very good at observation because I often eat only vegetable and I didn't take the welcome small pastry. Once he came to me and told me this is a mushroom pie without meat. (marvelous! ) the other young gentleman , I think he is a trainee, Henry. He works professionaly like a permanent staff: Smiling, caring and very polite. in the lobby reception : Your managers: Robin, Andy and Shirley are as usual very Sincere and give warm greetings to me and other guests. Once, your Duty manager, Jack has even delivered an envelop to my room in person because I casually told him at the lobby I was waiting for a delivery. (I believe he could ask any junior staff to handle).

The hotel is nicely renovated, the guest room is clean and well-equipped. The hotel staff is helpful and pleasant. Area of improvement is to reinforce the duty staff at the entrance as sometimes they are too busy to entertain the sudden flux in of guests.
