The hotel is located in a great area of Shanghai (best one i have stayed so far) but expected more from the hotel (room was warm (almost 24 degrees) and couldnt be repaired), breakfast was ok but more variety can be found in sofitel in nanjing east.

Hotel was in a good location, breakfast was adequate and the gym was decent. Unfortunately the spa was out of order and there was no massage service which meant i had to go to other places for this, which was disappointing

Stay was comfortable, but still some room for improvement. Air-conditioning in the room was warm, the corridor on level 19 was warm with an odour. Bed mattresses were too hard. Food was good

The hotel location is good for going to everywhere, I will say "Convenience" for my trip in Shanghai. The room provided is clean and comfort, always for giving me a sleep like a log. Of course, the service is professional and politeness, especially in VIP Lounge at 27th floor, the staffs who are always keeping the smile on their face. They give me an experience in the sense of my family, I am feeling very well once I step in your hotel. I would like to say that Swissotel is my only choice in Shanghai.

Pleasure to stay at this hotel, but booking the room at Booking.com means no points and the prices on your website are higher. This is not the case with other hotel groups like marriott and hilton. Can you change this policy pls?

On Jul 18 night around 10pm, I’m asking for a razor, until 11pm I call again, the customer service said they knew, but busy ask me to wait again. I give out After mid night. I need to leaving early morning and without shaving! I don’t think this is a service from 5 stars hotel
