« 1st stay is good but mared by sad view from room »

1529. Check out the room view. It was my first stay and first time in shanghai. I was so disappointed wt my room view. If u knw the profile of single biz travellers, u will knw that they tend to stay in room more than other profiles. The view is impt. What i got was a red wall facing other room wonders and exhaust. Its depressing... Ps: i must say that the food in your cafe is great. Kudos to chefs

« It is OK but I feel that the Swissotel is starting to fall short of what its competitors could offer »

It is very odd that my room didn't even have a fridge It makes no sense there are no power sources close to the bed and I can't access my mobile devices while I'm in bed and while my devices are being charged as the power sources are only available near the study desk. The business centre wasn't able to print my business document in colour and they only had a black and white printer which to me was odd in this day and age.

I am Very disappointed when I checked in I was informed that I no longer can use of the executive laung. I’m currently saying at the Bangkok Swiss hotel and enjoying all of the benefits of executive lounge and I have been upgrade to a suite. I don’t understand how your hotel has made the changes but Bangkok is still providing me with all benefits. I have booked another stay with you on July 20 for a 3 day stay and I was considering adding another 7 days but With the changes you have made I am considering on not staying at hotel. I would like to receive the benefits I have been getting in the past and I’m currently getting at the Bangkok Swiss hotel. Thank you and best regards, George P.

My family stayed a total 10 nights and experiencing really outstanding service. For example: 1. We requested restaurant booking to Ralf- Chief Concierge and later the day, we were astonished when he emailed us saying that he sent his staff to get a table and waiting for us in the restaurant as they could not get the reservation. This is really beyond our expectation!! 2. Ralf also kindly helped us to reduce cost while improving the car quality at the same time related to hotel airport pick up arrangement! 3. Concierge also found I gave wrong airport name after rechecking without being asked! 4. When I ordered birthday cake for my daughter, Vincent help to coordinate very well and even managed to tailor made the cake such as 70% less sugar! Wow!

I had a wonderful stay. The room was excellent. I had access to the Executive Lounge which lived up to expectations........I particularly enjoyed the daily happy hours and the cosy nature of the lounge. The staff were very eager to help and provided great and friendly service all through.

I stay there almost every month so it is kind of my second home The location is great, the rooms are on the smaller side and a bit outdate-> need refurbishment Unfortunately not much happening like a nice bar or an enjoyable restaurant Most annoying is the breakfast.....the food is good but the tables are not cleaned up after guests so I sit every morning in sea of dirty tables and dishes The staff in the executive lounge is nice and receptive, the food there is average sometimes below Sometimes there are long waits at check-in and check-out All in all a good place to stay but no exceptional experience

Hotel was clean and convenient. Noise from other rooms was too apparent. Breakfast staff didn’t seem to be doing anything of use and didn’t bring our tea/coffee two mornings in a row.
