We love this hotel and the staff. Just a shame we didn’t know in advance that the beach and decks had been damaged by the strong winds a few days before. We suswlt spend all our time on the end of the deck so would have been nice to be told in advance. Amazing room. Just a few mornings there were no bath robes when I needed one and the nightly turn down service with chocolates was sporadic.

Everything was as expected. This is how a 5* hotel should be like. The staff was very helpful, the location is exactly like in the pictures, my opinion, even better. It’s a 10 minute walk away from Turguise(the nearest town). There you can find everything you are searching for.

« We enjoyed our stay in room 3015. The resort is beautiful and we loved the spa. We would recommend this hotel for sure. »

Pros. 1. The resort is beautiful and modern. 2. The room is well equipped (room 3015) and spacious. The sea view is stunning. 3. Turn down service was nice with chocolates every day. 4. Beds sleep wonderfully and they were nice enough to bring us an extra bed for our toddler. 5. Shower is spacious and so glad they provided a non slip mat as the tiles are very slippery. Which could be dangerous. 6. Liked the nespresso machine as we like good coffee. Would be nice to have milk instead of coffee mate. 7. Amenities in the room were great and the hotel provided plenty of water which was great. 8. Housekeeping was very good. 9. The spa was our absolute favourite. The therapists and the facilities were amazing. 10. Check in and check out was seamless. The staff and process were very good. Cons. 1. The TV disconnected from the internet quite often so it didn't work at times in the room. 2. We couldn't leave the wardrope open at all as the front door bumps it if open and could damage the door 3. Bathroom is very slippery. Our toddler had to shower with shoes on 4. The push mechanism on the fridge in room 3015 was not in a great condition. It looks very cool but the outer door didn't close at times. 5. Not enough English speaking staff. We probably could speak to no more than 4 staff. The check in staff / reception were excellent. They communicated well with us. The restaurant staff however hardly spoke English in both the Swiss Cafe and Yuhi restaurant as well as the bar at the beach. This was not to our satisfaction. They were very friendly though. The spa staff could speak English which was great. Basically the food and beverage staff needs to be better at English. 6. The kids playroom was not open at all for the 5 days we were there. 7. The pools are great but as we traveled as a family we needed to watch our son constantly at the pool but the loungers are very far from the small kids pool. It would be great if there were a few loungers for parents at the kids pool. 8. Breakfast was delicious but exactly the same every day. There was no variety. 9. The cocktails we ordered from the Swiss Cafe was inconsistent. We ordered a caipirinha a few times and they were always different. Eventually we switched to wine and beer. 10. Turkey is known for its coffee however the coffee at the restaurants was not great. I would recommend getting a batista or getting better coffee or both.

This was a beautiful hotel, made all the more exceptional by the staff and their friendly nature. The rooms and facilities were all in exceptional condition and very clean. Special mention must go to Yuhi Restaurant where we enjoyed two wonderful meals. Thank you for all the hard work that made this possible and we hope to return in the future.

We had a wonderful time, first time in Bodrum and first time at Swissotel. The rooms were very generous in size, very well maintained and cleaned and with the beach a 2 step trip from your door, it was the perfect relaxing break. The staff were very friendly although would have expected a few more who were fluent in English. The breakfast at €20 was a bit expensive and would be repetitive if you stayed for longer than a week, however the quality of the food delivered by room service was the best I have experienced. Would be great if the hotel offered a shuttle bus service into Bodrum centre, and had some kind of evening entertainment. The hotel in the evening was fairly quiet however this could be due to the time of year we went (Sept). We were also a little disappointed by the hotel restaurant food. It wasn’t quite the Asian experience we expected and it was very very dark making it hard to see the food in front of you. Overall we had an amazing trip and would definitely book Swissotel again either in Bodrum or elsewhere

The location on beach lovely, very ultramodern however a bit clinical with open bathroom area. Unfortunately we had a roof leak over the toilet. Plug didn’t work in hand basin. Not enough light on shaving mirror. The reception staff were lovely and informative. Breakfast was nicely set out however the staff were very inattentive - it was difficult to get their attention.

All is very good. Service, cusine, beach. But the quation is about deposit which i paid before accomodating. From my credit carde paid for deposite 1000 TL. After check out, reseption guys told me is what in 4-5 days money will be comeback(1000TL). So for today there is no any money come back for me. When it will be come back? And why so long time it taked?

Hotel itself is absolutely stunning ! Was dissatisfied with house keeping , supplies that were used were never replaced or topped up. Laundry is very expensive?? Some staff members were also un attentive on there mobile phones and had to wait to be serviced.
