Really had a great time. A couple of things could be improved: 1- there are quite a few litter in the boundaries on the base of the sea. Lifeguards could pick this litter (in the sea along the jetty - if you observe there are some pieces of clothing on the base) 2- please offer a glass of water on arrival. Most of us come a long way with an early start. 3- again it would be normal to give a bottle of water in a bag with a piece of fruit on departure. 4- there were a few guests who did not have proper behaviour. I did not see management dealing with bad behaviour that was unpleasant for other guests.

« Fantastic and ever memorable »

It was the first time we come to the hotel. But not the first time to Turkey. We, my wife and I, where surprised that most of the staff did speak so good English. Also the complaisance and the kindness of the staff was not to compare with this attitude from the staff of the other hotels where we did stay. The food was excellent and the choice very large and the they adapt the dish ingredient because of the illness of my wife.

Lack of service. They should treat their young guests much more better then they do (25-35y.o.). Non proffecional stuff behavior always laughing (no sencire “smile 32”)and they were not always attentive to the guest. Problems with trust your guest area: I didn’t put money to deposit in the beginning of my stay and got some extras that was charged to room, normally I pay for it while I’m checking out but the front desk managers was desturbing me couple time a day reminding me that I have to pay for my fetuccini that I ordered in the swimming pool area some time ago.. that’s really weird and means that Money is more important than guest satisfactiory in Swissotel resort bodrum. Front desk managers are so tricky they always playing on the currency and providing non correct information to the guest. (Example: “ohh.. sorry we count that in Euro not in dollars .. bla bla bla..”)There were always misunderstanding with them. On the third day you would be bored about the choice of food in menu, it’s so poor.

I expected to be much better ,staff don’t know how to speak English which is not acceptable because it’s an international hotel .and the beach wasn’t ready no one was there all the time to serve you u had to wait a lot of time for someone to come so you can ask for anything you should have someone there on the spot

Very accomodating staff although felt the service at the end of our stay was not as good as the beginning. Perhaps as it was a weekend? Lovely quiet hotel. Perhaps some lounge music could be played in the pool area ?

« Was expecting more from Swissotel »

Interior design of hotel common areas and room was modern and interesting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was surprised that my king bed was actually 2 twin beds combined, covered and disguised as one bed. This was my first time seeing such a bed arrangement in a hotel, I thought I made a mistake in my booking and selected "twin" room instead. After my holiday, I realized from my booking records that I booked a Swiss Select King room. Housekeeping standard is slightly inconsistent. Basic housekeeping was fine, except that cup noodles half-eaten the previous night was not cleared the next day. Electric kettle was not properly cleaned from previous guest's stay - there was a small piece of tissue paper in it, and a bad smell coming from the kettle. Room only had a partial sea view which was blocked by the residences, and a tall palm tree. No deck chairs on the boardwalk at the beach, and the right side of the boardwalk was closed. Was a little disappointed by this part of my beach holiday.
