The location on beach lovely, very ultramodern however a bit clinical with open bathroom area. Unfortunately we had a roof leak over the toilet. Plug didn’t work in hand basin. Not enough light on shaving mirror. The reception staff were lovely and informative. Breakfast was nicely set out however the staff were very inattentive - it was difficult to get their attention.

All is very good. Service, cusine, beach. But the quation is about deposit which i paid before accomodating. From my credit carde paid for deposite 1000 TL. After check out, reseption guys told me is what in 4-5 days money will be comeback(1000TL). So for today there is no any money come back for me. When it will be come back? And why so long time it taked?

Hotel itself is absolutely stunning ! Was dissatisfied with house keeping , supplies that were used were never replaced or topped up. Laundry is very expensive?? Some staff members were also un attentive on there mobile phones and had to wait to be serviced.

We oedered several times in room dining. All most each time kitchen forgot something to prepare. Dishes served are not like on menus. Carelesness to the detail !

We had a good stay. Start was a bit difficult, when we arrived we asked because we had booked directly with the hotel with regards to a free upgrade, which according to policy would be available. The check in person said this is not possible as its the high season, although the policy does not state that and hotel was not full either. They later offered a family room, which is ridiculous as an upgrade does not mean additional beds!!! The service at the pool and bar is very slow and inspite of a lot of staff, most are not very proactive, although polite. The restaurant at the top is brilliant, one if the hotels best feature. Breakfast was good but the Turkish breakfast needs to change everyday. Beach service again slow and not attentive. The room was nice, i am personally not a fan of the sink in the room but thats my personal taste. Otherwise nice, housekeeping was hit and miss, 1 occasion bedsheets not changed when asked. Towles not replaced. The reception is very hot, like sauna.

Lack of privacy for bathroom spoiled what would have otherwise been a good experience. Lavatory door leading to main room was neither sound nor smell proof. Bathroom sink separated from main room by waist high divider also gave no privacy. Wardrobe sliding doors with curved track difficult to manouvre. Lavatory and shower room doors very difficult for arthritic hands. Not of the standard usually associated with Swissotel.
