The service was Great, and I guess good service deserves the high price. Hard to find the entrance from subway staion but it is not hotel's fault. The shower is stupid though, the glass can only cover half of the space, and After I showered, the floor wasall cover with water, and wet till I checked out next Morning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Swissotel. We have stayed there many times in the past and have always come home with only positive comments. The professional staff is always willing to help and they do so with a smile on their faces. They have been trained very well to always take care of our every need and to even anticipate our every need. We were especially pleased with the housekeeping, front desk, and the baggage service areas of the hotel.

« Best hotel in Namba! »

We really enjoyed our five-night stay at your property. Your spacious western-sized rooms were awesome; the beds were very comfortable; the view spectacular; and the room amenities were superb! It’s unfortunate that the approaching typhoon and resultant closing of KIX made the end of our trip a real scramble.

« Splendid vacation »

The hotel was excellently located in the heart of Osaka. It eas easiky accessible from all the tourist areas and transport sydtem . The roons we stayed in varied. Our first night ee were in a very nice room, neely renovated. After we returned from kyoto i book the same type of room on line but it turned out to be different, not renovated with lousy beds. I requested to stay in the same type of room as we had on the first night and had to pay extra. Since our flight home was cancelled i had to stay an extra nightbut we had to transfer room since the room we stayed for the last 3 days had been scheduled for maintenance. The staff had nevertheless been helpful in tranferring rooms.

Our room on a non-smoking floor smelled of cigarette smoke. The computer in the lobby for guest use was non-functioning. Overall, the hotel was convenient for its location, but nothing else to recommend it.

Everything is OK. But it is going downhill comparing with previous experiences . The humidity in Japan was dry , but no body lotion is available in this 5 stars hotel. Residents need to buy body lotion. This is incredible service .
