Excellent because of the unique experience and environment of the Executive Lounge. If I could change anything ......wish there was a little more variety with the cooked breakfast, it becomes a little tiring during a stay of several days. 3 types of eggs etc.

As always customer service was great. However, upon checking in I had to switch rooms twice to get a room that was clean and acceptable. I re-checked into the hotel a few days later and my room was okay but the shower water temperature did not work. I love Swiss Hotel and have stayed there for over 20 years but the hotel rooms are becoming old.

When it comes to customer service, this place rocks. For example, I sent an email to the concierge desk the manager MArtin Carbajal made it a point to send the printed boarding passes to the room. The other person I would like to recognize is the staff in the breakfast cafe, was Franklin Tuesta who took the time to know which side of the table I sit, what my coffee choice is and also made sure the place was set to my taste. This is a really amazing. The rooms we well appointed, and was cleaned very well every day !! Best hotel in Peru to stay, and is about $3-$4 via uber to get to MiraFlores and some of the great restaurants.

The facilities are ok, but your staff lack empowerment to resolve issues. they are unhelpful and pretty useless to solve any issue. I had to ask for the Manager on Duty to be able to resolve my issue, which she did immediately and efficiently. but it took me for me to talk to some 6 other employees and scream quite a bit until i got to the MOD.

The hotel in itself was perfect with multiple restaurants on the property. The food was great, bed very comfortable, and room very clean. It is convenient to offer local tour car s. but charges almost 4 times more than an outside taxi. Don’t use the hotel taxi service!
