« Absolutely delightful »

Really enjoyed the facilities (pool and gym), the inhouse restaraunt 204 was great (Pimjai made breakfast special through her attentiveness to detail), the executive lounge was fantastic, even though we had 2 children with us we always felt welcome. The staff at the executive lounge did justice to the nickname of Thailand as land of smiles as they were always smiling and cheerful as they worked.

it was as usual swissotel quality. high standards. A very Special thanks to Ms. Airada for extending my stay as i was not keeping well , i was allowed to rest. Small things like this create a soft corner on the brand itself. i might not remember her name in a distant future but i'll sure remember Swissotel hospitalty and care for long time to come.

« Beautiful hotel, lovely team members but difficulty booking on your website »

When I arrived at the hotel I was treated beautifully the entire time, the buffet breakfast was wonderful, the room well appointed and all the team members were great. The difficulties I had were during the reservation process on the website, I tried to book many times but the website kept experiencing errors and I thought it was quite strange that I could not book breakfast before I arrived and that I was told to just turn up to the restaurant and pay. I also asked for decaf coffee at the breakfast and even though I had received it the day before I was told they do not have it (I received it later) and similarly at the bakery in the lobby I asked for mustard and I was told they did not have it even though they did (and brought to me later). I think it should be made a point of training to have the team members say, "let me check on this for you" and come back with the answer - rather than answering "No we don't have that" immediately. Otherwise the stay was wonderful, truly, and I would recommend your hotel to anyone staying in Bangkok. Thank you!

We stayed in the executive room on the 21st floor for 5 nights which gave us access to the club lounge and laundry service. The staff there were so lovely, gracious and attentive. Must mention too that the concierge staff were friendly and helpful. If I had any negative feedback it would be the café where we decided to have breakfast for 1 day and as I remembered before the variety of the buffet was so good with a wide variety of Asian food however was disappointed this time as the spread had changed tremendously. One of the staff cooking the eggs did not understand English well hence did the wrong type of eggs that my husband wanted. He did not apologise as he did not understand what he did wrong. Having the MRT station just a few metres away from the hotel was great as we travel mostly by MRT and then BTS.

As the title says, the quality is not always the same, which I find a pity. What I also noticed is that the staff changes again and again (new employees) so it is difficult to keep the quality high. But have to say that I am satisfied with the Swiss Le Concorde
