Staff is nice but English communication need improvement. Lobby staff has face to face confirmed her understanding to ask housekeeping to send a bucket of ice to my room right which never come is not acceptable.

It's great staying with you for a week. I can ask for free drinking water, and I have the option of paid consumables via my room's mini bar. Privacy is also respected because visitors on other floors cannot just access floors other than where their room is located.

There were good in overall but the check out were bad. As a five star hotel, a certain trust to your guests must be there. It is very ugly to make your guest to wait at the lobby for your staff to make a room check during the check out. Are you trying your guests is not worth to trust rather compare to the cleaning staff in your hotel?

1) Bell Boy and Door Man greeted me and recognised me as a regular guest. GREAT! 2) Front Desk staff seems to be new. Courteous and nice. 3) Front Desk staff mentioned I will be upgraded to Suite and hands me a paper with the privileges. Thanks very much. 4) Received room...1510...nope, I know this is not a Suite Room. That's OK. 5) Front Desk called me and explained that Front Desk staff made a mistake. Only Lounge benefit was relevant to me. Fine, no problem. 6) Check-out on Friday morning 9 am. Paid and left the hotel. All is well. Great stay! 7) Saturday received an email mentioning that I broke the glass table in the room and I have to pay for it. WHAT?
