I was not granted access to the executive lounge I felt bad. When I stay at Marriott I always get upgraded to free pass to the lounge . Especially I was there on business working for John Deere . This will definitely make me think twice next time.

« Near Huay Kwang Metro station »

The hotel is located on Ratchadapisek Road, and near the Huay Kwang Metro station. Breakfast selection is reasonable diverse, staff attentiveness is moderate, the room is comfortable but not thoroughly clean, I had an issue with my room -- there was one night of my stay which the light was turned on on its own TWICE (when I was sleeping). I woke up once, turned it off, and waking up seeing the lights were turned on again. Not sure what happened. The location of the hotel is on the busy road of Rachadapisek. The traffic on that road is terribly bad. It would be easier and less stressful if one uses the metro service to get to the hotel.

« Good Location »

The front desk staff are excellent: helpful and good humored. There are not always enough bell staff/doormen on duty. On one occasion only one bell/doorman had to handle incoming guests and taxi assistance and he was overstretched to accomplish all tasks. Not his fault, but not good for hotel service. There are no longer bath robes in rooms, also the hotel towels are looking thin and old. The hotel air con is quite weak, but was barely acceptable in my room 911, which was better than some other rooms I have had, which were too hot (and this was a winter stay too!). The buffet breakfast is excellent for this price hotel.

Shock and got a bit unhappy when the reception staff sounded rude and unhelpful, stern and no smile at all. Chinese smokers at the entrance in the night. The carpets appeared to have not been cleaned for ages, dirty marks can be seen. The room is not cool at all.

« Executive hotel in convenient location »

As a returning customer we enjoyed our stay at the Swissôtel Le Concorde. The breakfast selection was good and staff friendly. We stayed 3 nights on the Executive floor which had a good variety of snacks in the evening. The room was clean and it was a good size. The only downside was the rubber bathmat was old and mouldy and needed replacing. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

« Excellent hotel with very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble, washing service amazing. »

Excellent hotel where everything was done to make our long stay very enjoyable. All the staff from security on the drive entrances, to the room maid everyone had a smile and a few words even when busy. The hotel is very clean and has all the facilities one could ask for. It also has the advantage of being close to the underground (MRT). Big C, Tesco Lotus (IT mall) and several other huge malls are close by as well as the night markets. We always felt safe walking even at night as the area is well lit and there are always people about. Taxi's are always around the whole area and are an option when you don't want to use the MRT.

Since we had an awesome stay in September, we decided to spend the new year at the hotel and booked again a room with Executive Club access. Needless to say, we were expecting the same level of service. This time, we felt the reception staff and the ladies at the Executive Club Lounge were not as welcoming as before. We did our check in at level 1, found our way to the room and had the welcome fruit and drink delivered to our room two hours after. The good thing was, we maximized the use of the pool and the gym. My kids had fun with the big balls. We also commend the lobby's decors. There was a huge spike in guests so the food during breakfast was not enough. We were told to go to level 1 for breakfast but we opt not because the queue for the egg, the only food my kids want aside from bread,was too long. The evening cocktail was still a hit. Our check out was smooth as it was done at the club lounge by the same gentleman last September. He was cordial and served with a smile.

« Customer service and the room were excellent »

Ill begin with the room because that was m favourite. everything was comfortable, from the room temperature, the shower, the sofa and my favourite was the bed. Has to be said I am fussy when it comes to beds but the bed we slept in was by far the best I have ever slept in and got a fantastic night sleep. The views from the rooms are amazing!! The people working in reception, the doormen, the bell boy, even the security man, were all so polite and professional and were ever so attentative to our needs. I highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok.

I was made to wait 3 hours after a night long flight and jet lag,at the reception because the hotel staff couldn’t find my booking in their system.They are also denying me a refund because I cancelled the last 2 nights of my stay.Really a bad experience.

« Nice staff and environment with convenient location! »

I lived at 15/Floor. When I get out from the lift, the smell is not fresh and not good. I think maybe the carpet is too old and the air-con is not enough. I suggest each floor can put some essential oil to make the smell better. The staff are nice except the room keeper. We don’t need the keeper to clean our room. We try to ask for the extra towel but the keeper needs us to exchange it with the old one. The feeling is not good because she make me think that I will stolen the towels. TV channels are not good quality, very low definition.

« Some GOOD Bits....BUT Some Very Disappointing Bits! »

The Club Lounge was Lovely. Our Suite was Incorrectly WIRED. The Pool was a 'Concrete Wasteland'... NO Umbrellas...Few Chaises...NO 'Real' Pool Bar... Nothing like the Photos on the Website! Very GOOOD breakfast on the Ground Floor. Music in the Lobby & Bar was TOOO Loud...and TWO competing Sounds!! Swissotel Nai Lert Park (Closed NOW) was Much Much Nicer!!!
