Fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was exceptional, the accommodations were lovely and well-suited to business travel. Fitness center and pool were very nice. Breakfast was also lovely.

It was a short business trip, packed with important meetings at an office not far from Swiss Hotel. It’s great when it takes just 5 minutes by foot to get to the office. So I had enough time to enjoy my breakfast at the hotel.

Great restaurant, executive lounge, bars and of course the 360 degree views of the beautiful city of Moscow. The check in experience is fast and efficient and the staff are exceptional. I will definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed in all the top hotels in Moscow and in terms of overall hospitality I’d say this is the best. Other hotels are not as personal and the staff not as attentive.

Perfectly located the hotel was far better than expected. The rooms among the best I found in 5+ star Hotels. The staff young, smart, friendly and speaking excellent English. The roof bar is something I've enjoyed the most together with the well equipped gym and pool.

Swissotel holds a special place in my memories due to the extensive travel I made to Moscow in the period 20… related to my work in SAP. I loyally stayed in Swissotel and enjoyed both your exceptional service and privileges as a Zenith status member. This time unfortunately I did not receive the neither the understanding nor the support I expected. I asked for an executive floor room, and 8-hour early checking for 1/2 of the daily room rate. I also enquired about your new loyalty program and was informed that receiving free room stays was a long way out compared to the Swissotel Circle program. Without personal touch, flexibility, or understanding I opted for an alternative premium hotel in Moscow, where I decided to start my journey for my Moscow-related future travel. It's a heart-breaking for me to shift my loyalty away from Swissotel as I have fond memories of your exceptional service and personalized care when it was managed by Marc Ohlendorf. I believe you still have well-trained and high-quality staff and I heard good things about your new general manager. However, the lack of personal attention and flexibility are the main reasons for my decision. You have of course an opportunity to make me change my mind my contacts both e-mail in your system are still up to date. Thank you, Dimitar I.

Please be kindly informed that according to LeClub Accor loyalty program, only members with Platinum tier have complimentary access to Executive Lounge. As your last stay with us before this year was in May, 2014, your Zenit Circle tier had re-qualified to Inizia, as it has to be maintained each year. There are 2 ways to get Platinum membership in our new LeClub Accor loyalty program: 1) to spend 60 eligible nights (during the calendar period 1 Jan - 31 Dec). When you book at a corporate SAP rate - it is eligible. When you book via third party agencies - it's not. 2) collect 14,000 Status points. Each 10 EUR spent on eligible stay equals to 25 Status points. Which means you need to spend 5,600 EUR during the year. Once you collect one of mentioned above, you will have Platinum tier during the rest of current year and the whole next year. As a Platinum member, you will receive free early check-in and late check-out (upon availability), upgrade to the next room category (upon availability), and access to Executive Lounge.
