Overall very positive, excellent location, rooms, service, spa, cleanliness. The weakest point is the food dept, i.e. breakfast & bar food in City Space, which was below the otherwise very high standard of the place.

It's a good business hotel. The room layout is very nice. The breakfast buffet is overpriced. The internet connection needs to be renewed every 24h. It should work for the whole duration of the stay. The internet connection is broken immediately at check-out moment! I have to register as guest again to order a taxi to leave the hotel! The connection should work for several hours after check out. The power plug is hidden behind the book table next to the bed. it should be more easily accessible. The ventilation is noisy and when I am out for the whole day, I need to use ventilation when sleeping to have some fresh air. The ventilation should work when the guest is not there. it should not be needed to have cooling in the winter (the room temperature was 25 C which is too high for normal stay/sleep). The swimming pool/gym could be opened longer, till midnight. The taxis always miss the entrance road. Could you improve the marking on the road and on the navigation maps such that the automatic guiding guides to turn in this small road?

Great experience, however i was a little disappointed with the quality of the brunch on saturday at the 34th floor. Eggs benedict are much much tastier in the in room dining experience. The overall quantity is good, but the freshness of some products could i think be improved. Other than that great location and super staff!

« The best part of my experience was the service in the Business Lounge and the comfort in the bedroom. »

Hotel is very clean, service in business lounge, with special mention to Anna, is excellent. English of many staff should improve, the manicure lady is very good, the health club is great, pool as well. Breakfast is good but bacon should be crispy always. There should be a hairdresser, but a reputable one!

Bathroom Door in 1610 did not close, because it was broken. The shower was very old and used. I saw black mouder behind the glas...The funiture was old and one could see how „used“ it was. (Sideboard mini bar as example). I arrived very late, unpacked and than realized the poor room quality.
