to be honest, it was disappointed last time I stayed at Swissotel so I stayed at Marco Polo for last 3 years but really good this time :D nice, friendly and helpful staff(front desk, concierge, doormen and housekeepers) as usual and easy check-in/out.

Clean in the room, and comfortable as always. Bad points: 1) Bath tub had touch-up paint and it was clacked into many pieces. When I was bathing, those pieces of broken paints were on the surface of bath water. It was disgusting. 2) Elevator 36F to 51F comes always slow. After pressing the button, no elevator starts moving in many cases. This is as always.

The lobby could do with an upgrade, the reception staff Kwung is too slow and needs to be trained on how to handle customers. Rose the manager was excellent! Rooms are very good and clean. Location is great!

The service and the assistance by staff is very good! However, the internet speed in the bed rooms is very slow.

After 36 floor change the elevator is inconvenient.

I was carrying two smartphones during my stay. While linked up to the hotel's Wi-Fi system, I was only able to use data communications via my phones during my stay with only one of the two phones and only for the night when I checked but not in the morning on the day when I left.

I've stayed here a few times and it is always nice. However, it was very noisy at night from the elevator and kept us awake.

When i arrived i was not recognized as gold member. 3 times the lady told me i was just classic member so no drink voucher nothing. Until she saw she made a mistake. Then sorry sorry. The rooms are very good. Bed very hard (but this is personal ) Lounge experience was very good. Breakfast so so(not a lot of choice and food quality not that good)

The last time I checked into the hotel (foshan swisshotel ) it was a very bad deal where I checked in at the hotel on 14/04/2019 room no 4215 For 3 nights but I received a call from the hotel that I had to get out,B I tried with them extended for two days I know the situation they received a lot of reservation, but at least for permanent client has a solution or even an upgrade for him or for other client Not good only to ask a Permanent customer just go out

very pleasant stay overall. excellent service, but there is room for improvement on minors things...i.e. not all the guests are offered tea or coffee at breakfast, sometimes I was taken to a table, other times I was left to see to myself....Once, while I was being served at the "cake shop" in the lobby, and woman jumped the line...the member of staff served her in the middle of serving me...it was bizarre. Most members of staff are friendly, but some appear to be rather "odd".
