Hotel environment is OK, but some people's service quality is not good. Room air-condition is very noisy and even close it then there is noisy sound from the pipeline.

What can I say more than it was Great, I have stayed in many fine hotels, but this might just be the finest, I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience at Hotel "SWISSOTEL", The lounge is a haven to relax in with wonderful food and drinks whenever you want. The rooms are truly Devine, This hotel is simply the best, from the moment you step through the door to the moment you leave the service is impeccable and personal. The staff in particular from Ms. ROSE HUANG to reception desk to Mr.Jimmy Kam just made us feel like we were part of the "SWISSOTEL" family. I can say without question the best travel experience I have Specially Thanks to Ms.ROSE HUANG for give me a guidance and knowledge about Foshan historical places and temple and other places, and my trip to this foshan historical is awesome and give me a good waves , so, its really a nice trip and very familiar hotel i got in foshan, Thank you so much to Ms. ROSE HUANG for giving me a good experience and for a little ride to temple places and other staff of swissotel foshan for my room decoration on my arrival is awesome, see you soon ,

The Swissotel Foshan is a well appointed hotel situated at a very convenient location with shopping , banks, restaurants and Zumiao metro close at hand. The staff were excellent and always ready to help a special thank you go the the following staff: Rose at reception greeted us with a warm smile and was always happy to help. Iverson was happy to assist when needed.Jack was the mystery man he worked tirelessly at every area of the hotel. Joey at the Executive lounge was excellent too. If I have to make 1 comment it would be that the hotel has a minimum of experienced staff and more of trainees and they all work really hard. The management MUST have a better mix to ease the pressure on the overall team. The rooms are well appointed and the room cleaning staff do a great job. I would have liked to see a little more entertainment, like a piano bar etc. I will be back.

Since roughly 8 years we are checking in in this hotel. As usual the quality of the Foshan Swissotel is constantly high; the room was well prepared and all furnishings in perfect running conditions. We stayed two nights.

« Experience was under expectation »

When i arrive at 1pm, i successfully checked in with the friendly staff. As my family came seperately, so i went up to the Executive Lounge, BUT.. the place is not opened yet. I am shocked, as.. i will always book executive lounge, and Executive lounge of other hotels will be open from Breakfast timing till end of the evening abt 10-11pm. Sadly, i can only consume my LUNCH and awaiting for my family to arrive. All other hotel’s Executive Lounge provides breakfast, snacks/softdrinks during the day, and some light snacks before dinner. Your hotel only provide the before dinner portion, which i am surprised as compared to other hotels’ Lounges. Last but not least, the staffs are very very friendly which i am impressed

As compare to Sofitel, Swissotel is of as good standard, Room is good and the staff is friendly. Especially a lady named Rose Huang is at all time ready to assist especially on the confusion of changing of lift. Even though I am a Accor Gold and not upgraded, I am sure the lounge can be as good as the Sofitel Manila and Sofitel Macau. Unfortunately the breakfast is kind of simple but the set up and the service is kind of good. I definitely be back even though my associate drove pass the gigantic Sofitel, I am happy with Swissotel locality cos I go more for foods than furniture
