The staff at Swissotel Foshan is always friendly and helpful. They remember our preferences from previous stays and offer what we like without us even asking. All in all, very pleasant stay as always. Whenever we visit Foshan, Swissotel is our only choice.

I have always enjoyed staying at the hotel over the past 6 years but many things have aged and are in need of repair. Prices in the restaurants are high and make it necessary to have dinner in other locations. The staff have always tried very hard to please and have no complaints.

« Superb View and Lounge with great choice of gourmet »

My second stay with Swissotel Foshan, staffs are nice and polite as usual. The concierge is very considerate and willing to help. Since the lounge is unavailable, lounge afternoon tea (happy hour) was hosted at Café with really delicious and great selection of food, not to mentioned that it is a great place for the fantastic view of Foshan at the magic moment.

« It was very Average »

Your Hotel is tired and many things are broken and do not work. Your Buffet is over priced and the attemp to sell it to me at checkin I found distatefull. The AC was very load and keep me awake. For Marginally more money I will in future stay at Soffitel which I moved to after staying with you. As I have worked for and stay in hotels continusly I feel these comments are qualified. Engore them at your pearal.

I usually stay in your hotel and this time stayed on 49th floor and whole night could not sleep. too much noise and I told while check in that I will check out about 2 PM but due I have to leave hotel at about 9 AM to move to other hotel.

The staff are what make this hotel great!! Special mention to Jack in the Executive Lounge, who is the master in Customer Service!!! Everybody at the hotel talks about his excellent service, he remembers everybody by name, including me, and nothing is a trouble!! These are the reasons you keep going back!!! This is my 7th or 8th visit, and like my previous feedback, it’s like going home to old friends!!! I must also say farewell to Mr Ben Ma, Customer Services Manager, another absolute legend in relation to looking after the customers!!! Ben has been looking after Swiss customers, including me, for many years and will be sorely missed! Also special thanks to Leona and Jimmy, who are also great hosts!!!

Room environment is good, but the cleaning was unexpected. Found sticky dirty on the business desk and hair on disposal slipper when I came in room. I told the front desk about the issue, but the housekeeper just take out hair instead of replace the new one slipper for me, and they don’t clean the desk as well, S. I feel disappointed about the tidy.

Room was not ready when check in even though it indicated on the system that it was clean. AC was quite weak but did not complaint as I was there only for one night. Overall, it should be better considered it is Swissotel chain. Staff were very good and courteous.
