« Bad duty manger action »

Location and front desk staff were good and ok , but the room service brook our straighting comb and she put in the drawer and I complain for the night duty manger who did not take any action, he said I will discuss it and come back to you but he did not do any action.. Also our white bed sheet was ribbed with big hole .. I have pictures for all the event if you need I can send it by email

Superb location...Dam sqare! Quality Hotel..classy rooms with upmarket beds fixtures etc. Ive been in the flooring trade 40 years and know the carpets in this hotel must have cost a small Fortune!!! Staff were amazing ..let us check in 11am..held luggage on departure day till evening. 1oo% my next choice when staying in Amsterdam.

« Amazing! »

The staff is extremely helpful!! I was only supposed to stay for 1 night but some things came up and I needed another night! They quickly changed the reservation, and even though online it said $300 a night they gave it to us for the same price we paid on Friday night!!!! Best location and it’s clean and safe!!! They offer you so much information about the area as well!! This was my 2nd time at this hotel and I’m looking forward to being back for a 3rd!!

I booked for my girlfriend and myself. At the last minute my girlfriend could not make it because of a call out for work she works in a hospital and it was an emergency call out. I was looked down upon by your staff because I had booked for 2 and I was by myself they looked upon me like I was some sort of criminal. I stayed at the hotel for the 2 nights. My TV did not work I asked at the desk but I was told it will soon be working but it never did. I was more than happy to leave

Extremely pleasant two night stay. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Due to a mix up with initial booking we did not get a room with twin beds as desired although the reception staff endeavoured to find one. However room was clean and overlooked Dam Square. Meals eaten at the restaurant next to the hotel were of a good quality and reasonably priced.

« The hotel was well located in the center of Amsterdam within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions »

Rooms were clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and all the facilities we needed provided in the rooms. Good security measures for guests to access the lift and bedrooms so we felt safe at night.

disappointed that i was unable to use my points to pay for my parents hotel stay. i booked a stay for my parents in amsterdam and pre-paid using points. however, on arrival they were told that this was not acceptable and were forced to pay for the stay in full. I am a platinum member and I am extremely disappointed that my loyalty has been rewarded in this way. The points I have collected should be mine to use as I wish, and since the hotel was pre-paid I see no reason why my parents could not use the points.

I had a pleasant weekend stay in a hotel with a great central location in Amsterdam. I did get two single beds in room 229 while I specifically asked for 1 double bed. Also, my request to stay on the same floor as my friends in room 517 was completely ignored.
