nice stay but nothing special. Stood up early on Sunday night as it was very noisy from outside which initially I thought was from the Convent Garden but found out that noises actually came from the contractor installing the Xmas decoration on the roof of the hotel...! Could have waited to allow the hotel guess to sleep! Otherwise, experience at Kasper & Ramsey were fantastic. Specifically Kasper, beutiful seafood experience....

no genuine problems but was a bit disappointed i was not called when my room became available as this is what the check in clerk had told me. There were a few teeny issues with my room , for some reason there were no teabags but this was quickly sorted.

Fairly average for the price paid, the hotel was quiet but we were stuck near the lift in a fairy small room, breakfast charges not clear enough, having such public areas downstairs ruins the intimacy felt at other hotels where the door men get the door and greet you by name, toiletries rather remedial, no jacuzzi in spa, didn’t feel special at any point, wouldn’t rush back

A bit over priced. I've stayed in a lot of nice hotels and don't mind spending the money but I thought there wasn't a lot in the Savoy for the price

Room was too hot at night. Modern, 5 star hotels should have walk in shower in every room. Breakfast menu - after 2 days of staying was boring: too many poached eggs on the menu, would prefer more cereal.

Initial greeting and doormen excellent, room was very nice,clean and well equipped. Concierge very efficient. Poor greeting at Breakfast on Saturday morning and a 55 minute wait for food. Poor greeting on Saturday evening for drinks whilst listening to the pianist.

« The Savoy is beautiful, but the staff do not seem to communicate with each other properly »

The rooms were lovely. We took a suite and a double for two nights, and six more rooms for one night. However, we reserved a table for breakfast on November 25th for 16 of us after a party in Simpsons in the Strand. We booked it for 10am. When we arrived (at 10am approx) we were told that they had expected us at 9.00am! We then sat at the table until 11.30am before we had anything to eat. It took about half an hour to get a cup of tea! We were not even offered any orange juice until we complained, which was about an hour after we arrived, when our orders were finally taken. Some were delivered incorrectly, everyone was served at different times, and my 87 year old mother did not even finish her breakfast because her taxi was booked for 12noon. It took 45 minutes to obtain a pot of extra hot water for a pot of tea, by which time the tea was cold. After the first complaint we were offered muffins, but they ran out of some of the flavours and never returned, so some of us never had one at all. We were not offered any bread, toast or rolls until we complained. The entire breakfast was an unmitigated disaster, which we imparted to your staff at check out. They offered us a drink the next time we visit!

« Loved every moment, we seemed to do nothing but eat ! »

We really enjoyed the experience. Especially the suite and the butler service ! The only thing we weren’t happy with was having to wait for our table at the savoy grill when we had booked and we had guests of our own too.

We booked 2 rooms to celebrate our god-daughter's 18th birthday. At check-in I mentioned this and later discovered balloons and cookies in her room; she was thrilled. That evening we were treated to complimentary champagne in the American Bar. I have never experienced such a high level of customer service my wife and I were amazed.
