We stayed for just one night and the staff was very friendly. Our room was large and comfortable. We dined at the restaurant Haerlin inside the hotel which was a terrific experience. We have three major points of criticism. First of all, the party in the bar was very noisy (from 6pm onwards) and took over the hotel lobby. Enjoying a 2-star meal and having to listen to drunk people shouting through the hotel lobby is a memorable experience but probably one we don't need twice. People were seriously drunk and destroying part of the decorations. In addition, our luggage got mixed up at the arrival and the wrong luggage ended up in our room. Lastly, at 5am the neighbour next door tried to open the door that adjoins our two rooms.

I think this is the 4 or 5 time that we are staying whit you and as always was it a pleasure. The only thing which we noticed which where out of caracter where the doormen. Usually they are freindly and very serviceminded but this time did they appear moody and a bit fustrated. As an example did we want to borrow an umbrella one evening which appeared to be and unsually large problem where the doorman stroke his arms i clear fustration before handing one to us. There where similar incidents during the stay, which we have never experienced before. Elsewhere where everything absolut perfect.
