Stayed with your hotel for a work event (Sage Leadership) and then extended stay with my family. Overall - the property is outstanding, the hospitality shown by staff is top notch. A few nagging issues prevented a perfect stay. The electronics system in the room caused numerous issues, including doorbell ringing when noone was there, lights turning off (once while in the shower), and A/C that would not stay on. Additionally, it was quite noisy in the lobby late into the night / early morning with children screaming.

First time staying at a Fairmont and unhappy with this stay. Under the impression that the hotel could accommodate my entire family by placing a rollaway in the room I reserved. However upon arrival, the front desk insisted I book an additional room at full price for over $600 euros. Would have stayed elsewhere had I known that. Called Fairmont customer service about this and they blamed me. Great organization. Next time we'll stay at the Hilton...

Nice room and good service. Despite having been informed at checkin that it was possible to use the fitness center swimming pool with my children as long as they were supervised, we were thrown out of the pool by some front office manager who disregarded the information that was provided to us at checkin. Very poor.

AC didnt work, I had to call 3!! times until finally someone came to look at it, telling me it would work fine. I had to go to reception again, because AC was still not working. Room keys didnt work: Again I had to go 4!! times to reception, was told it would be working now, went up again, didnt work again. Staff absoultely poor service! I am a platinum member with le club Accor and have never experienced sth like this. Especially at a Fairmont hotel!!! Many other guests were complaining as well. At the end the AC could not be fixed and only because I insisted on finally (after 3 hrs!!) getting a new room, I got one. Had to bring my suitcases there myself.

I had a special deal which I had booked 2 months before coming. On my checkout I was charged more or th rooms which I had to show email proof to get it revised and I was also charged 32 euros extra on breakfast. I had a deal on 21 euros for breakfast and I was charged 29 per person for 2 ppl for two days. Since I was late for my flight and my checkout took 25 mins I didn’t bother and left. Very unprofessional. Plus the bathroom had a tile missing which was replaced by a cardboard which kept falling out atleast 6-7 times a day

The receptionist was very rude; and it was on this basis I asked he cancelled what was left of my booking - didn't want anyone to ruin my 5 years wedding anniversary. He was equally rude to another guest and the manager had to come deal with the situation. He didn't send my bag upstairs till almost another hour and after I complained for the delay. Probably he was having a bad day but it shouldn't be at the cost of the guests. Additionally, it took forever for my booking to be cancelled after I had told the same receptionist to cancel but good that the receptionist that checked me out + the emails sent to the reservation team was helpful.
