The room needed some minor touches. Light fixtures were not properly set, the toilet was not secured to the ground, so it rocked at the minimum movement. There was a foul smell in the bathroom every morning. There were ants in the pool by the shower. The wood cladding above the pool was in disrepair. Great food, wish there was some rotation for breakfast.

I was staying with the Dassault Systemes Sales Convention. The Hotel was fabulous, the staff were so helpful, the rooms were stunning, the breakfast delicious and I love every minute of staying there. I really hope to come back soon.

One thing the hotel couldn't have predicted was my fear of heights - therefore the 12th floor balcony outside my room and glass lifts were something of a terror fest. What the hotel could have done something about was the water quality. After moving from the original room because of the height and brown water, my next room still delivered murky brown water from the taps. Not really good enough. The high prices in the bar weren't great either. On the plus side the girl on reception was really nice when I wanted to change room.

personally it was the first time to be in a huge hotel little noisy during the night can not take a bath because the water was browned colored and in the bathroom there were water all over the floor after a brief shower time other wise wifi connection was perfect the restaurant downstairs was correct for a quick dinner i particularly appreciate the hotel staff and the concierge to help me during my stay

AS A TRAVEL AGENT / EX HOTELIER I EXAMINED ANY SIDE OF OUR STAY- FUNCTIONAL/ FOOD QUALITY AND PRESENTATION - ON THE FIRST EVENING THURSDAY THE FISH SOUP WAS QUITE LUKEWARM - THE " RIS DE VEAU IN RED SAUCE NOT SUFFICIENTLY SPICED- IN THE MEAL THE SLICE OF MEAT PRESENTED AS TOURNEDOS WAS HARDLY TASTY- ALL THE REST BUFFET ON SATURDAY/ FRIDAY EVENING TRADITIONAL MEAL NICELY PRESENTED AND VERY TASTY- THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL IN BOTH LANGUAGES AND MADE HIS BEST TO SATISFY EVERYONE- MY REMARKS ARE FRIENDLY AND NOT CRITICAL ONLY TO BE USED FOR FUTURE EVENTS

From pre-check in to check out, the staff really shone, very professional, friendly and helpful. The room (a Corner Suite) was excellently appointed, with a very comfortable bed and good facilities. We used the B24 bar a few times for food and drinks, and found it a classy, well serviced area, the food was excellent. The only minor flaw was a couple of occasions when housekeeping took away dirty cups and glasses and didn't replace them, so we had to call twice for assistance.

Extremely good because of attention to details by Doriane Bregier, Front office Manager. Even before I arrived she reached out to me to see whether I needed anything special as I am a frequent guest at the hotel. It is the little personal touch she turned the hotel into a home. And i think that’s what your hotel should strive to do. Indifferent corporate style is not acceptable anymore.

The stay at this hotel was the highlight of our stay in Spain itself. I would like to especially highlight the name of Arshad (concierge desk) who went out of his way to be nice and endeared himself to me and my family.

« There was a mix-up which caused a big health issue but they tried to resolve it once aware. »

The hotel was nice and we were upgrqaded to a lovely room but we kept telling them it needed maintenance. We had flickering lights and then that was worked on and turned in to no lights, no phone in the family room area that worked and a loose tile in the bathroom floor. The staff informed us we could have room service or go down to eat and when we called to order they would not allow us too. We were passed around to several hotel employees and the result was no food and a guide waiting for us we had paid over $600 for and my husband who has a medical issue was shaking and weak. Mar made it her business to make our stay nice once she was aware of all of this but unfortunately we had to leave shortly after so we barely got her wonderful service but deeply appreciated all she did, she was so nice, helpful and apologetic. The next morning I tried to order eggs in the dining room and the chefs told me they didn't understand so I had none. Very nice hotel overall but we struggled a bit and spent so much in cabs getting around based on its location.

Pleasant and comfortable stay, staff very polite. Sports bar opened for us to watch the premier league football, where my 16 year old son and I had it all to ourselves as the Hotel was very quiet. Chose this Hotel as to go to nou camp next day as my sons birthday treat. Hotel lacked atmosphere but I put this down to not being busy, and a bit too open plan. Overall would come back as good location and modern. Never tried out the leisure facilities as not enough time, but walked down to see them and they look pretty descent.
