« Way too short stay! »

Slow check-in, excellent suite, beautiful hotel. Long queue late night at the night-shift reception is not my favorite! Extra staff did not appear. But a wonderful suite upgrade helped a lot! Breakfast option too crowded with too many noisy foreign family boys. Stormy stay at the pool made lunch difficult/impossible. Dinner restaurant with very friendly reception, but with incomplete dining menu and wine list. Check-out excellent.

« Frequent guest at Fairmont Baku didnt get the agreeded options »

Dear Fairmont Team, As you know Iam frequent guest at your hotel in baku and bringing all my clients and partners to your hotel as well. As a President Club Member it was discussed and agreed with your Supervisor in Baku to get an upgrade on my bookings like it worked out in the past perfectly. The last week i was provided with a very small room in which somebody smoked before and the hot water didnt work in the shower. I didnt get also the Fairmont Gold access. After disucssion with the reception i got access to the Gold lounge 19th floor later. I was quite dissapointed about that. As a family and business friend of your foreign and home minister who told me to book at Fairmont cause its just around the Parlament and very convenient for me i will think about to switch back my many bookings coming up till end of this year to Four Seasons if agreed upgrade options and proper condition will not be confirmed for the future. The room was great but service was not good at all. Breakfast was ok. If we had orderd food from room service it would take hours for the food to come. Once the food would arrive it would be cold as ice. Our room woukd not be made by house keeping and we would have to call house keeping many times to come and clean our room. The service was average. Staff was sweet and welcoming and the view was great. But as an overall experience it was just an avergae stay. Not good.

It was our 3rd visit to Fairmont Flame Towers Baku, this time again we stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed each and every second of it to the fullest. Even though we did not go out much this time, but had so much fun and experienced one of our top vacations so far. Warm hospitality, great quality of services and lovely staff are all the reasons which makes us keep coming back to this magnificent hotel in the best location of beautiful Baku. We stayed at the Gold One Bedroom suite in higher floor which was so fantastic and glam, taking a bath with dreamy view was an added bonus! Let me start by saying a “HERATHFELT THANK YOU” to our special host and the GM at the Fairmont Flame Towers, “Mr. Mathieu Greppo”, who has orchestrated our stay with brilliant harmony and impeccable taste. . . . Ms. Lovely Aysel Agayeva and her magic touch on each and every details of the package to design a wonderful stay for us. Mr. Ramin Gurbanov and Mr. Togrul, two of the bright and shinning managers at the Fairmont Flame Towers were greeted us in several occasion and made sure that our stay is comfortable and delightful. Golden Staff at the Gold Lounge, Lovely Ms. Katya, Ms. Aida, Ms. Naila, Ms. Nuray, Ms. Fidan, Sweet Ms. Firoza, Mr. Zaur, Mr. Javid, Mr. Nadir, Mr. Vusal, Mr. Mansur, Mr. Nurlan, Mr. Emil and the last but not least, Ms Konur (HK Gold), were always welcomed us with open arms and accommodates all of our needs during our 2 weeks stay. Mr. Orxan Imanli, Mr. Huseyn, Ms. Shalala at the Guest Relations, Mr. Said at the Concierge desk (btw, a warm congrats on your wedding!) Mr. Elameddin, Mr. Shahriar, Mr. Murad and Ms. Monavar , all the kind and attentive staff at the lobby floor Le Bistro and all our wonderful friends: Chef Shahin and his kind and generous hospitality, Chef Promod Amazing Mr. Ramin and his warm Azeri heart Bright Mr. Zaki and his ever shinning smile! Our lovely hosts, Ms. Inna, Ms. Sadaqat, Ms. Narmin, sweet Ms. Fatima, Bright Mr. Zia, Cheerful Mr. Pasha, Mr. Enghelab, Attentive Mr. Anar, Mr. Sadig, Mr. Sahil, Mr. Mahir, Mr. Hishmat, Mr. Mir Mehdi and 2 Mr. Orxan, all with their professional manners were always there to bring joy to our breakfast table every morning! Mr. Victor the manager of Le Bistro who is beautifully managing his team and the venue. Lovely Ms. Sevda from Laundry , Mr. Natig and Mr. Tural from Engineering team Lovely Ms. Nigar, Ms. Khadije, Ms. Yelena, Ms. Gunel and Mr. Agil at the ESPA, The Master Trainer Mr. Sabuhi and very attentive Mr. Vitaly at the GYM, Mr. Teymur at the pool and Ms. Sharafat, Ms. Elnur and Mr. Vugar at the HK ESPA Mr. Farhad, The ESPA manager who always greeted us with a smile And Ms. Lala at the Jazz Club To my beautiful family at the Fairmont Flame Towers - Baku/Azerbaijan : THANK YOU all! « Beyond Amazing! »

I came to Fairmont primarily because of the amazing views it’s rooms have to offer. I have to say the actual experience was beyond my expectations. On top of that, I had a really bad sun burn and one of the representatives at the reception, Aysel was so helpful as she went out of the way to help me and got a spray to help relieve the burn. It was such a kind gesture and I am so thankful to her! The staff was extremely professional and accommodating. After my first night, the milk capsules from the tea/coffee stash weren’t refilled and all I had to do was request at the reception and immediate refills were made.

We had great difficulti with your website. It is difficult to see what we bookewd. Next time we prefer booking at hotel.com or booking.com. We didnt prebook breakfast, and this was quiet annoing for us, because 1 room had breakfast at 19 floor the others had not. Staying at the iconic towers was special.
