Poor stay

Shower clogged in first room. Sink clogged in second. Used the adjoining room bathroom as I needed to get ready for work (why was door to that room wide open anyway? Very concerning). Asked for a new room. After all that happen, I ended up in the same room again which was below what my reservation and payment were for. There was a blood spot on the wall, paint missing from the desk and chair, stains on the carpet. My worst stay at a fairmont property

Hotel was not in great condition. Interior finishes were well worn and in need of maintenance/renovation. Temperature in building was all over the place. A facelift is desperately needed.

Tried 4 rooms on gold floor all the tvs had issues. Got tired of moving around trying to find working ones.
