Food was good. Nacho's were amongst the best. Room was fine but certainly nothing special considering the price tag. The shower was actually uncomfortably small and I actually ended up leaving the door open while showering. I am not a large person either.

I've been wanting to stay at your hotel for about 20 years since I started in Travel and to finally be able to get to Canada and stay was a tick off my bucket list. My partner and I stayed with you for a night and simple had the best night. We had drinks and dinner outside and then moved in to listen to the guy singing. We met some really funny people, and the whole night was just heaps of fun, meeting different people and enjoying the local wines. The Buffet Breakfast the next morning was just what we needed. The location was great, we walked to the Lost Lake and into the village, and the setting was magnificent. Thanks so much for making something I've been wanting to do for years live up to the expectation.

I tried to upgrade my room, was told the upgrade included a jacuzzi and when I made the switch to the new room there was no jacuzzi. I ended up cancelling the upgrade, and going back to my original room, however I was disappointed.

We had the most wonderful time stay as Gold guests at the Fairmont in Whistler. After our visit we left wondering why we ever left the Fairmont family for Marriott. Fairmont goes the extra mile to set themselves apart from a regular hotel stay; they do not settle for mediocrity.

I was hurt on a cruise ship before I came there. The staff was unbelievable! The medic checked on me, the concierge went above and beyond by helping me. They brought ice packs to the room, and were so incredibly helpful and sweet!

I was charged an extra night while I received no confirmation from the hotel group the hotel group refused to make it right. I was berated via text message by the staff and received feedback from a number of colleagues who organize our conference there that the service has been trending downhill.

From the moment we arrived, every member of your staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was the best possible. As we were celebrating our 1-year wedding anniversary, a lovely room upgrade was offered and a hand-signed card and chocolates when we opened the door. We also had dinner at the Grill Room, where our waitress was extremely personable and we shared a few laughs. We will certainly return for our next trip to Whistler.

It was good, except for getting woken up before 8 am by someone drilling into the concrete floor immediately above my head. Suffice to say I was disappointed. I told the front desk person, and it didn't really resonate with her. "bunch of cowboys"....was her response.

Great location, staff, food and services. However room wasn’t the cleanest, very dusty and pool was very dirty one day and the next day was completely closed for a deep clean which is great it was being cleaned however with two small kids who had their swimsuits on ready to swim a little of a disappointment for them.

Terrible. Used to be a good hotel. Motel 6 experience. Took the gm almost a week to get back to me. Pathetic.

Our experience was far better than our expectations. The lady at the front desk (Caitlin Green) was extremely professional and went beyond her job and just because of her i would come back and stay there again!
