I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Fairmont. My only complain is that the walls are a bit thin. Otherwise, the service was superb, the room clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere enjoyable. Thank you.

The room was excellent, I was a little disappointed that there was no complimentary bottled water. Only had 1 choice for the in room coffee ( it was extremely strong ). and for some reason we were charged for a bottle of wine that we did not have. This was resolved at check out. Overall We were satisfied.

Fairmont Waterfront is proud to be a founding signatory of the Plastic Wise Pledge, a program aimed at tackling the global crisis of plastic waste in our oceans. Therefore, we are trying to reduce single use plastic water bottle waste by not automatically providing bottle water in the room but instead encouraging our guests to enjoy clean mountain-fresh water on tap. However, we are pleased to provide guests bottle of water upon request. I hope this will help for future stay.
