I have stayed at this hotel many times. Each time has been excellent. Everything from the bellman greeting you on the lower level to check out was perfect. The bellman and check-in staff were very helpful and courteous. when I opened the door to the room, soft music was playing which was very welcome after a long day of travelling. The Jetside bar has a relaxed atmosphere and live music nightly. The staff were friendly and helpful. I call this place "Home" when I travel through Vancouver.

We have stayed here for our last two vacation and this last stay was not the same. The beds need to be replaced we had a double bed room and had the worst sleep. Both beds bowed so you rolled into the middle of the bed. You would have to hold on to the edge of the bed to refrain from rolling to the middle. All of us had a terrible sleep. And had to catch a early flight the next morning. I did mention at check out and at first I was told oh those are brand new beds and I said they are not . He then asked if we had stayed here before I told him yes we have . Wr just stayed in Jan and Mar of last year. So I was given a ten percent discount and our coffee was taken off our bill.

Lovely hotel. Great stay. Spa facilities need an update.

Room and service excellent. Cannot fault lounge and restaurant although BC sparkling wines by the glass would be a welcome addition. Addition of a steam room and switching on the saunas early (before guests arrive) would be helpful as would use of a foam reducer in the hot tub.

Can't fault my stay here. I booked this hotel to break up a long journey and it was the perfect stay to recharge and rest. Location is great for what I needed - right in the terminal. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Service was seamless - food was delicious. Love this hotel - I've stayed a few times now and wouldn't not hesitate to book again.
