« People were super nice. Property was fine. »

We were there for a Bridge Tournament. the people were super nice and friendly. the room and playing area was fine. The coffee maker in the room kept acting up, either not closing properly or popping open in mid-perc and spewing coffee grounds on the carpet. The bathroom was OK, though the toilet made funny noises when it filled. The ballroom where we played was either freezing cold or hot. My Friends room had the distinct smell of mold. The fitness centre no longer provided a bowl of apples.

« My favorite place to play bridge is the Bermuda Regional at your hotel »

Everything was perfect except for my bill. I'm still trying to get my partner's bill (Radu Nistor) corrected. He was charged as having his wife in the room and she didn't come this year, so he was in a single.

Hotel very nice and room spacious and bed very comfy. Appreciated the coffee and tea service in the room. Meals in the restaurants very expensive. A large salad as a main course in the Jasmine would be a good addition

We were very pleased with the service and the food and the amenities of the Hotel.The heated outdoor pool was lovely and the hot tub devine! Although we did take a few days to explore the Island, we would have liked to have more time to visit some of the highlights such as the caves and the beaches. Coming from small town Ontario,CANADA, we did find our holiday to be expensive.

It was very nice. Your staff was extremely pleasant, professional, and kind. There was one thing that was unprofessional, and it made me feel bad. Upon looking to make a reservation for dinner at one of the restaurants, we were told to go see the Maitre D regarding a potential availability. We went to the Maitre D who was in Jasmine lounge, and politely waited in the queue. We were first and he came by, and he asked what we need. He stopped me mid-sentence to then take care of the two other groups behind me. The other groups even pointed to us since we were first in line. He shrugged us off with a hand gesture and proceeded to open-arm welcome these guests and personally escort them to tables. I felt that this was unprofessional and should not have happened. Why were we not as important as the guests behind us in line? I figured because we are a young couple - in the mid-20s. I didn't like feeling or thinking that we were less important because of that. When we were seated, we were sat in a corner with families who had babies and small children. They continued to put other families in that corner. Sadly many children were not well behaved and some came up to our table and attempted to touch our food. We didn't bother to ask to sit elsewhere, but it appeared that we were intentionally placed there. I would not have thought this way if I was never pushed aside when I was asked to share my question.

Overall experience was excellent, in part due to the bridge tournament organizers as well as the hotel staff. One minor irksome detail was that our room telephone was not working (outgoing calls were not working) for three days.

« Hotel is looking a little tired. »

I suspect that your ballroom carpet has mold. For the second year, I developed a constant dry cough when staying at your hotel. The cough went away when I returned home. A doctor, who was also a guest at your hotel, suggested that the carpet has mold and I was suffering from an allergic reaction.
