Room was too hot all the time, was not happy I had to pay for both gym and internet. I stay in places all over the country and this is just out of touch. Lobby is nice.

Everything was great except the parking charges. $75 a night for parking?! That was more than my last hotel room charge in Houston. Will definitely find ways of avoiding that next time.

« Service not acceptable for a 4 or 5 star hotel. »

Even tho just one night it wasn’t acceptable for your caliber of hotel - I chose you over four seasons where I always stay and it was a mistake. Bad check in experience and overall I’d say a 3-star experience. No water in room just $5water; sub-par bathroom amenities. Great area but unfortunately not a great hotel.

Got in late and needed sleep, next door there were 3 screaming kids started at 5am, had to call down 3 times, never resolved issue, got in shouting match with neighbors, Fairmont Motel6? Staying at Ritz Carlton now, better bedding, better room, quiet, much faster service, free fridge and microwave, will never go back,

The room was well appointed and true to the description, we had a jr suite for us and our children. Conveniently located at the center of the city, you could go anywhere from this destination. It was odd, however, that they charged for WIFI connection; isn't the price enough already? The Togo Bar was interesting but it was very cold, i ended up having to go back to the room and acquire our jackets in order to be comfortable.

Upon arriving to reception for check-in at the appointed time, there were only two people available at the desk, and one remained on the phone leaving us standing there unacknowledged. We are long time President's Club members, yet it always seems as though we have to stand and wait to check in, even though there is supposed to be a designated place/person specifically for President's Club members. This often gets our stay off on the wrong foot. Also, we were charged by mistake for a bottle of wine from the mini-bar that we did not consume, and my husband had to call twice before it was taken off our bill. Finally, we feel that the price to park should be included or at least reduced for President's Club members. It is a deterrent to us staying longer and more frequently.
