You have one of my favorites landscape with a premium facilities, the food is amazing, you just need to improve the wine list due the lack of options. The service needs to be improved, mostly at the beach and pool areas.

« Beautiful scenery, excellent service and amazing food! »

The property is beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. This was everyone from check in to wait staff to beach staff. Manuel, Edy and more exceeded our expectations in customer service. The food was amazing from the steaks at Brisas to the guacamole at La Laguna. The boneless short ribs on El Puerto were my absolute favorite.

« The best service you could ask for »

The grounds are so beautiful and the ocean, plus the staff is beyond amazing. It felt like its own oasis. Loved this place and will come back. Only thing is that the food is pretty expensive.

Our stay was made so welcoming by our Butler, David Lozano. He was extremely helpful and attending in so many ways. He knew our family had rooms not too far away from our Casita and made sure we were always on time for any events. David went above an beyond his duties and was always pleasant, even when we would change some plans. Our room attendants, Ana and Heber were so sweet to me when I had an upset stomach and took much care to aid me and make me feel better. Also, our room attendants, Gladys and Facundo, were so wonderful, brightening my day with little notes to get well and enjoy the lovely accommodations. When I ordered Chicken Noodle soup and Tea, Salvator and Luis were there with their pleasant smiles and attending to my food service needs when my stomach was out of sorts. Then, another attendant Edgar appeared at my door with another order I asked for in my room. All above mentioned persons deserve to be recognized and rewarded for their congeniality, hospitality, and service. And, as mentioned above, David Lozano was the best Butler we have ever had.

« A unique place for having a memorable rest »

The place should be described as unique in Mexico not only for the golf facilities but also for the small houses which have water coming from the sea within the complex. The only thing that bugs me most was the fact of having one restaurant for breakfast when the coming rain did not allow us to move fast to another place, it was complicated to wait for more than 40 minutes given the size of the facilities. The day after things went well because another restaurant was opened, however it is most like to fix things right away and not to wait 24 hrs to be completed. By the other hand threre is a place next to la Laguna restaurant where you can buy coffee and some other souvenirs, I was completely surprised when I was going to pay a cappuccino coffee because the price shown in the bill was the highest I have ever paid in my entire life $120 pesos. There is no other place in the world where the coffee can be more expensive, so I strongly recommend you to include things like these within the total amount of money people should pay for staying at the hotel which is very costly in deed.

« Wonderful luxury all-inclusive beach escape tainted by food poisening »

We had a wonderful beach escape to celebrate our 20-year wedding anniversary. The luxury all-inclusive package was a nearly perfect experience. Great restaurants, great food, drinks a bit on the "weak" side. Unfortunately, my wife experienced two days of food poisoning with all the effects probably caused by raw food served in one of the great restaurants on site. General observations/recommendations: 1.) We observed multiple times that Brisas bartenders & servers "tested" the drinks and then served the same glas to the customer!!! 2.) At bars/restaurants give full list of drink options as part of all-inclusive package. 3.) Bartenders from one bar were not familiar with specialty drinks from the other bars.
