I have never experienced such great customer service. From the beginning at Valet, to the doormen, to the front desk, everyone treated us very professional and friendly. I could tell the genuineness that came from each staff member we encountered during our stay. I truly enjoyed being treated so well. The kindness was overwhelming due to never having that experience before.

The front desk and concierge were great. Your cocktail lounge fl.2 on the second floor was a big disappointment. In a good hotel it is nice to have a cocktail in great surroundings after along day. Especially if you are paying a lot for your room. We had to ask for cocktail napkins. We asked for some peanuts or something salty and were told we could only order from the bar menu. The waiter was indifferent. Very disappointed.

Nice reception, ok room not great , but most importantly for a hotel room is evening comfort. Your efforts to have an eco friendly hotel have punitive effects on your guests. The room temperature despite what it said was extremely warm and uncomfortable. After I woke up in a sweat at 2:30 am I called the desk and was told they could override the system, well isn’t that great . How about somebody tells you this upon arrival not after an asthma patient has a panic attack . After that it only took an hour to cool the room . Never again , we travel monthly, that was our first visit and our last
