I have been charges numerous things that I had not consumed from the mini bar. I took the home alone package, in my reservation it says I would get 2, I received only 1 but was charges for 2. During my booking the team said all the taxes would be included in my total price, it wasn't, and the team is now not getting back to me to clarify what this was done. They just keep on saying I have to pay taxes.

Usually a 10... cannot believe Rose Club was closed during the day on Saturday and Sunday...only 8 of 16 stools at Palm Court... tacky ... no fairmont fit in room... platinum member

Stayed in Edwardian suite, which was beautiful. Staff service was excellent. Room service breakfast quality was also excellent. Two complaints: 1) mattress was too firm, uncomfortable, and 2) facing 58th St., street noise was really excessive--even garbage pickups at 5 am were quite loudly audible in the room. We were actually quite exhausted from sleep deprivation by the end of our stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very impressive. Only issues were check-in only available at 4pm after requesting a 2pm checkin and the booking was made using accor points but this was not reflected in my bill - this has now been corrected.

It was truly a special stay at the Plaza. The front desk staff, doorman, concierge and cleaning service, including Champagne bar and The Palm room service was outstanding. We received a great service with the hotel car as well. Our driver was very curteous and accomodating. Thank you for a great service.

we got upgraded to the king deluxe room [right under the penthouse]. the room was breathtaking. I've stayed at some of the best hotels across the world but nothing compared to this room. the pictures don't do it justice. we did not want to leave. the ceilings were so high it made the room seem even bigger. "clap on/off" lighting. the bathroom was so beautiful. every little detail was special and personalized. the elevators were nostalgic [in a good way]. the champagne bar in the lobby area was my least favorite area. it was not inviting, and too exposed for that lobby. i didn't like that the way the seating was setup in the lobby next to the champagne bar. it just didn't flow well and seemed awkward. everything else was spectacular.

I enjoyed my stay with the exception that your hotel hallways, rooms, and main reception are extremely over scented. It really bothered me, and with the number people with scent sensitivities these days it is surprising that this is not taken into consideration.
