The staff was so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until our departure. I liked the text feature with the front desk...very convenient. Every interaction with staff was positive: around the pool, getting lattes in the morning, passing the cleaning staff in the hall, the helpful folks unloading/loading luggage and the front desk staff. We look forward to future visits.

Overall service was excellent as we have come to expect from a Fairmont. The room was dated but clean and a good size. The bathroom could have been organized a little better. The toilet paper holder was sitting right over the right side of the toilet on the wall. Every time the toilet was used I hit my arm and a elbow resulting in a lovely set of bruises. That would be our only fault and hopefully can be corrrected for the next guests.

« Not designed for a short stopover »

Destination Mont Tremblant airport Asked if on way to -yes Perfect Asked restaurant hours - 10 - bar -11 Not sure if I’d make it by 11 I asked about room service. I’d been driving for 13 hours Answer was “ 24 hour room service” I was sold When I finally got to my room at 11:05 and Called room service I was limited to a sandwich. Beef chicken or veggie. Would you like plain or bbq chips. Not what I was expecting. Begged for a salad. No not possible. If I had known I would have ordered a meal an hour in advance. Luckily I was resourceful and had packed a cab souv and it washed down the ciabatta to my satisfaction. Lovely bed. Lovely staff. Would have loved to spent more time there. Would definitely consider winter ski trip with full cooler of food and bev for late nights.

The room was ready and well prepared before I reached the hotel. It was cleaned and organized properly everyday. It was my first time to try the saturday dinner buffet at the restaurant and there were a variety of food. My family was quite satisfied in this stay.

Everything was perfect from the moment of my arrival to the moment I was handed my car back by the valet. Even the box lunch was well done and enjoyable on my ride home. Room was very good, everyone was very nice and in a very good mood, the view of our room was beautiful! We celebrated our anniversary night there and we had a very nice surprise from the hotel. Also the macaron from the cafe they have downstairs is delicious! Would love to come back again!

Overall my experience was satisfying the hotel is quite beautiful and the placement couldn’t be better, it’s the little things that brought it down for me, I booked the weekend for my partners birthday gift and figured I would pay extra for a view, the amount that this hotel cost per night I was expecting a little more, we had no free wi-fi in our rooms the shower was spraying from fixtures and breakfast was in my opinion quite overpriced considering I could have gone to one of the restaurants around the hotel and get a fully hot, fresh meal with extra drinks for less than the buffet that was offered. And the view we got was of the pools I was offered a better view when we checked in but at over 300$ a night I was left a little wanting from my experience. I could have booked a cheaper hotel and gotten free continental breakfast and free wi-fi. In all the hotel was beautiful the pools were excellent and the staff very professional but for the price paid I would of expected a little more in extras than to be charged for every extra that many places offer for free.
