We have stayed at this hotel before and our impression of the hotel remains at a very high level. From the moment we pulled up at the front door and were greeted by name and provided our room keys by the valet service until we left the hotel, our most memorable impression of the stay was the outstanding friendliness and respectfulness shown by all staff members. Cleanliness of the room was at a very high standard; service and food quality at all restaurants were of the high standards we expect of a Fairmont hotel. A very enjoyable stay.

« Why can’t I store my skis bag in my room »

When I try to retrieve my skis from the valet services, they just gave me my skis and poles but without my skis bag( I told him I was trying to check out) He just let me to place my skis into the ski bag by myself... almost forgeting to give back my ski bag. Otherwise everything is fine. Reception lady need to have more knowledge and practice regarding customer inquiry such as redemption of the certificate and etc. I took too long to explain my redemption of the 25 dollar meal certificate from fairmont hotel. Have stayed in this hotel for more than 4 times and in together more than 10 nights. I just felt the service is not as good as before.

When I checked in there was only 1 man in front of me and the employee and this other guest seemed to have a casual conversation for 15 minutes while i stand there waiting to checkin. Then i was only given 1 ski pass when i ordered 2. went up to the front desk they told me to talk to conceirge, went to her who was helping someone else, after she helped the people in front of me she disappeared for 10 minutes and i had to ask the front desk if she was coming back. she came back and told me she couldnt help i had to go down stairs to ski desk. my time is valueable and i dont like standing around waiting for nothing. i could understand if it was busy, but it wasnt. they were just slow to engage. hotel was nice otherwise.

It was both our first visit to Mont Tremblant, Quebec and staying at the lovely Fairmont Hotel Chain. You exceeded my expectations with first things first, amazing location, excellent customer service. I was celebrating my 50th birthday and you have gone above and beyond my experience for a 5 star hotel. We were treated with the utmost care and professionalism. I'm going to have Fairmont Hotel Chain on speed-dial after this. With having my favorite dessert delivered to my room and waiting for me when I arrived... so very yummy the the best creme brulee I have ever had. The location and room were equally amazing. Bed was super comfortable. I also appreciated having water delivered to me in the evening as well!!!! The dinner on Nov 29th, what can I say... it was a gastronomic success on all fronts. Getting the chef to come out and meet us was just an absolute pleasure and the attention to detail in what they created was a work of a genius. You tasted the heart and soul of their art in making this incredible dinner for us. The desserts were as far as I was concerned one of kind. Never in my years have I had anything remotely even come close to this and the tartness of the dessert was just something my palette craved. The main course meal for both my husband and I were just simply devine. My husband had the steak tenderloin and I had the fish and the layering of flavours was just right! The side of mushrooms and vegetables... how does it get better than that. I have to comment on the exquisite flavouring that permeated throughout the meal. How does anyone get so much flavouring and just beautifully combined with every dish. Our waiter was also extremely friendly and helpful in choosing our dishes for the evening and the lovely wine pairing. We also appreciate the lady who provided us with directions to pick up wines from the region. I really love that! Mont Tremblant Fairmont is my new favourite place and it is bookmarked for future trips. For anyone reading this... please note that the attention to detail in their brunch (breakfast) has score 10 x than what i could possibly give to them. It surpassed any brunch I have had around the world and nothing compares to the purity of their wholesome food and the art in which they have prepared everything. Sometimes, just things like cream cheese being put into dish and using nothing but the best products out there. It is so evident in every dish. I"M in LOVE WITH THIS PLACE! The brunch experience reminded of some very wonderful memories in my childhood and topped it off with the just the right consistency of everything. My husband and daughter are furious - your snowboard storage put two stickers on each board that don't peel off. They left a mess on the boards and it took over two hour with 'goo gone' to remove them. Other than that we had an amazing and wonderful weekend

I was very excited to stay at a fairmont as I have never stayed with this chain before.. unfortunately upon my arrival we were shown through to our room in a service elevator.. not a great first impression. Secondly - I found the bed to be very very uncomfortable and outdated I updated my room in hopes of the service in the room being a little bit better. Over all I will not be staying with fairmont again !! 500$ for one night and very unimpressed.

I was upset at how I was treated at check-in and check-out. Upon check-in it was unclear to the agent what my former President’s Club status was and how that translates to the new system. I am accustom to getting the standard Presient’s Club offer of workout clothing. I was told that I was ineligible. I would need to pay more. I asked for additional robes at check-in and they did not arrive. I had to request them again. I asked about the program to see if I still had either credits or upgrades. He could not tell. Upon check-out, I learned that my previous preferences were not accessible. I had a standing request for foam pillows, I was uncomfortable sleeping and it did not occur to me that I was sleeping on down. I was weezing for the following days. Very unsafe. When I brought that up to the desk, I was not offered any type of resolution or compensation. That is very unlike my past experiences at Fairmont. If this type of mistake happened in the past, I would have gotten some sort of benefit or credit. At least an appology. I have a long trip planned for the Queen Elizabeth and the TREMBLANT in February. I am considering canceling. I am displeased.

The person meeting cars in the round about and providing direction was very welcome. Check in was very quick. The dinner at Choux Gras was fabulous, and lovely selection of wines. Particularly enjoyed the outdoor pools in the evening. The Breakfast buffet was good, but a tad underwhelming for the price. I would have expected more flourish and unusual choices.

« It was alright. Not a good as expected from a five-star. »

My order for food at both the bar and with my room service had mistakes. In the bar, the response initially from one of the staff was somewhat rude and did not address my concern. With regards to the room service, the service was inadequate and created much extra work for me. I need having to throw away some of my food. I was only partially compensated when I checked out. I believe the entire bill should have been subtracted for the troubles that I had.

Although I have reserved the same two rooms at this conference for 5 + years, when I arrived we were listed in a totally different and unsuitable wing. We had that changed. Went to the rooms, and the keys for one room did not work. Returned to desk. When my female assistant undressed for bed she pulled down the sheets and found it was soiled, even dirty tissues in the bed. Housekeeping then sent a MALE attendant to the room of a lone, semi-dressed woman at 12:30 at night. I complained to the desk the next morning and received nothing but a mumbled apology.

This was my first experience staying at a Fairmont. I was also to get a great last minute deal that allowed me to stay in your hotel. The atmosphere was beautiful and the people who worked there were warm and friendly and eager to help when needed. I will continue to look for more deals in the New Year to allow us to come back.

My experience was amazing!... Except for the room service. The shrimp in my ceasar salad were undercooked and chewy. I ended up not eating them. Also, we only had 1 fork for 2 people. I ended up having to eat my salad with a spoon. I did call front desk and they told me that someone would bring a second fork... It never happened. It was a rather unpleasant experience and not what I have been used to with Fairmont Hotels. The rest of my stay was great. Room was clean. Staff was polite and helpful. The staff at the restaurant went above and beyond for my son at breakfast time. He is immunosuppressed and they took extra care for him.

The food was horrible! Just ordered 3 french onion soups and took forever to get even though there were only 4 tables of people and a table that arrived 10 minutes after us got there food before us. They were also not pleased with the cold food!

When we got to the room the telephone lines did not work. The bathroom was filled with hair on the floor. The bed was uncomfortable at the mattress curved into the headboard. Your rooms are due for an upgrade.

Service was great, accommodations generally were fine, though it was overpriced. My three complaints are: i) the requirement of having to use the elevator to get to the lobby instead of a stairway (a peak times the wait was long); ii) the necessity of having to use valet parking instead of free access garage parking; and iii) the Saturday night party noise from the first floor which i could hear from my second floor room.

First, we are sorry that here is stairs that leads to the lobby other than the emergency stairs at the end of each hallway. Second, the reason we only offer valet parking is due to the limited parking space available on the station. Hence, our valet can find a proper parking space for you and ensure you car is safe. There is always the alternative to use the public parking of the station which is located at the bottom of the hill, although we are not responsable for any damages of transportation between the parking and the hotel. Third, we would like to apologize about the noise from the fonction that kept you awake at night. When I arrived at the hotel, they did not a record of my reservation. I did have an email confirming my reservation for two nights, but the hotel only had a record of a reservation for the second night. Initially I was told that the hotel did not have a record of my reservation, but when I showed them my confirmaiton email they were able to find me a room. The room itself was not to the usual standard I expect of the Fairmont. I did not have a bathrobe. I was travelling with colleagues for a conference and they told me they all had been given bottles of water in their room, either when housekeeping came by during the day, or during turn down service. I was not given bottles of water, and I was not given turn down service.
