« Enjoyable stay marred by poor directional instructions from Montreal »

Good quality room. Food of a high standard. General amenity of the hotel appropriate for a resort area. However, relying upon Fairmont issued instructions for traveling from Montreal airport to the hotel was problematic and delayed arrival by nearly an hour. These instructions need to be revisited and made much clearer for first time visitors

Loved the friendly staff, loved the room . The only disappointing factor was that we were not told about construction in the pool area . We chose to stay at the Fairmont mainly for the heated pool and were disappointed because of the noise and dust .

« Mostly positive. The breakfast restaurant was slow and seemed confused »

Our stay was enjoyable with the small exception of the slow service in the breakfast restaurant. I also was disappointed when I inquired about have my car washed after noticing the sign near the entrance. It showed a price of $25.00 and when asking for this service I was informed it would be $37.00 for my car as it was larger than normal. If you have varying prices you should indicate that on your signage. Small items to be sure but somewhat annoying.

« If I wanted to be treated like I was by your staff I would have paid for the Comfort Inn »

-30 minute wait for valet to bring my car -luggage not brought up to my room after check-in, like they said they would. Had to ring down for it. -Housekeeping walked in on my naked husband on Sunday morning. No knock. Sunday 10 June approx. 11:30am -Waiter interrupted our breakfast 3 times: Once to clear the table, (we weren't finished) the second to bring our bill (we didn't ask for it) and third and most offensive, to "offer" a coffee-to-go, insinuating we leave. No brown bread for breakfast, no peanut butter, no one at the omelet station so I guess no omelet. Sunday 10 June approx. 10 am -Upsell at the front desk a real bore. I work in sales. I'm staying with you to rest not listen to a youth babble through a sales pitch. -tried to sign up to the wifi, free only if I joined some club at the front desk, down in the lobby, didn't work. -couldn't turn off the freezing ac in my room -No water station near reception on Sunday morning. I asked the girl at the bar in the lobby to fill my water bottle please. She did, after making me wait 7 minutes while she finished what she was doing. There was one other person at the bar. Sunday 10 June approx. 1:15pm

Room is a bit dated. Valet parking is a gong show. It took 4 people to give me my keys. I ordered the vehicle 40 minutes ahead. I waited 10 minutes. 20 feet from my vehicle.

We went for a small family retreat on the way back from Quebec City, and the stay at the Fairmont was perfect. From the excellent food, to the hot tub, to get things done right for our little two-year old. The stay was perfect. Thank you!

I spent 2 nights at the Fairmount Mont Tremblant to accommodate my training and it was wonderful. The staff were friendly, courteous, helpful and the hotel's policy of allowing me to bring my bike to my room was really appreciated because I have a significant amount invested in it and would not wish to leave it out of site, extra personal grooming products because I showered multiple times daily during my training and having access to the Fitness Centre showers after checking out. I am scheduled to return to the Fairmount Mont Tremblant with my spouse in a few weeks to race and I know that I can count on having another great experience.
