The good: I live the location and walkability. Your pool and workout facility are nice. The beach is fabulous. The bad: my room was small and felt poorly cleaned. Having a huge black hair ball in the shower upon arrival when you’re a blonde is gross. I had a hard time getting concierge on the phone... the line would ring forever and no one would pick up. This made things difficult upon departure with bags and a baby. I alsonwouldnsit in the restaurant often for 20-30 minutes before anyone would come take my order.

Everything went well--room was clean and quiet. I was in the Bermudiana wing and although I like it, the room is quite a distance from the lobby, restaurants, etc.

We enjoyed our stay. Two areas where there is room for improvement:the woman who was unable to answer our questions at our check in/check out and the low quality of the toilet paper.

Very nice property. One suggestion and it’s quite simple. You need to have the front of your property better groomed especially around the main sign. There are dead flowers in the flower box. I’ve vacationed at many destinations and with 5 star ratings. Nothing displays your name better then curb appeal. A small investment would go a long way to beautify your resort where it counts. The club level amenities definitely added to the experience. Especially as we were traveling with our 10 year old. We will enjoyed art work which popped up as we went about the hotel. It added a touch of delight!

Quick check-in in the Gold lounge Very nice recently refurbished room with walk-in closet and private balcony in the main building with a terrific harbor view. Really like the location, a short walk into Hamilton for shopping, ferries, and excellent island bus services. Also the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club for those with reciprocal membership privileges!

Once again I have enjoyed my stay at the Hamilton Princess. The hot tub which I got to use once on my busy stay was a great addition. I also had the opportunity to spend over $300 at Marcus and enjoyed that meal very much. My big compliant is with the Crown and Anchor. On several occasions I had to wait to be seated while the concierge was arrainging tables and seating other guests for breakfast. I don't mind a little wait but on some occasions it was over five minutes. In one case, there was a trainee standing in front of me and she didn't seat me. One morning the waitress completely missed me. I had to scream at one of the table cleaners before I finally got service.

« Amazing stay, great staff and service, wish the pool was actuall heated when it got cold »

We loved almost everything about the hotel. The staff are amazing, the location is great, facilities and amenities are clean and up to date, rooms and TV and internet are very good too! The only downside we had were: 1. The "heated" pool wasn't really heated. When it was 65-70 degrees outside it was still too cold to go into it. A heated pool should be above 80 degrees at all times. 2. At the time of check in our receptionist said there's a room available in the main building, which sounded like an upgrade to us, so we said yes thank you we'll take it, then she said oh it's $150 extra per night. Which then we immediately refused. The upsell attempt made us feel cheap for having to refuse it, when we are not staying at a cheap hotel. You don't want to know you're staying at a cheaper room of the hotel when you go to a luxury hotel to feel luxurious.

It was...perfect! The service was amazing....Dyka at Crown and Anchor was especially great and made our trip really special. She is outstanding! The rooms were very clean. Concierge was so helpful...actually everyone was very helpful and friendly. All and all absolutely no complaints. And we travel quite a bit. We will be back.

« A step down from previous visit. »

My stay was fine. However the hotel was not up to the standards of my last visit. The room was generic, tired and in need of updating. The bathroom was poorly designed, uncomfortable and outdated. The sink didn’t drain well. The housekeeping was lackluster. The bedside lamp flickered. The furniture looked worn. The WiFi was spotty. Service was otherwise very professional.
