The hotel was lovely except the bathroom were extremely outdated. The towels and robe were like sandpaper and need to be replaced. The toilet paper was single ply. There's an air vent above the shower which made it impossible to get warm.

« Overpriced! »

I could not believe our bill was nearly $500. for 1 night. The view was not very good, the floors & elevators were filthy, the cheap shower head barely sprayed water, a coke from the fridge in our room was over $5.00 & when we ordered room service a sandwich & tortilla soup was over $30.00. BTW the tortilla soup was more like bad chili. Had heartburn for days afterwards. We expected more than this & will not be staying here again!

Double charged, wakened at 315 am had to call hotel security because a group of 10 or so people were being obnoxiously loud. Btw, How many people do you allow in one room??? Room service brought my food on styrofoam containers. I’ve ordered before and it normally comes on a cart with real dishes and silverware. There’s a huge difference in service between the north and south towers I’ve stayed in both and ordered room service in both. Overall this visit was my worse.

Wonderful and the staff were amazing! The bacon at breakfast.....how do they make it? It was incredibly good! The only think lacking in my stay was the pillows were hard and flat.

« Old and not clean »

We arrived to a room that needed to be vacuumed and dusted. It was supposed to be a hypoallergenic room. When we went to check the toilet, it was dirty. It was flushed by the cleaning lady and ran over because it was plugged. After that we were moved to another room which had to be recleaned again. There was no counter space so I asked for a small table which I had seen in the previous room to be moved next to the bathroom sink. There was plenty of room for it. It was never done. The whole experience was terrible so we left for another hotel. The rooms need a total renovation. This is one Fairmont we would not recommend.
