« Found the hôteltp be very pleasant, clean and inviting. »

Very pleasant experience. We were a group of five and the personnel tried to find us rooms close to one another . The outside pools were wonderful & clean. The only other matter I would like to mention is maybe have accessibility to another restaurant besides St Hubert BBQ & the Hotel Restaurant so that one does not need to eat at the same place if staying more than 2 days. Thank-you very much!

Very surprised by the 2 dead flies on my windowsill. Paid extra for the view which was nice but.... Also surprised by the dried shampoo/soap in the bathtub. Should not happen in this type of hotel

« My wife and I enjoy staying here. We have stayed many times before. »

Everthing was fine except I was disappointed in the dinning selection at the restuarant. My wife is glutten free and there was only spaghetti offered, and this we had to ask for. We did have in room dinning and this was better. She had a very good glutten free pizza. I did think it was odd that there would be a charge to have metal cuttlery with the meal($7.50). Plastic was no charge, we had plastic. All the staff treated us great.

Booked for 2 nights. On arrival (we were early), our room was not ready, so we were given a room with a great view,The upgrade was free of charge. The room was small, but clean. We really didn't need a bigger room. Buffet breakfast at the restaurant was excellent! The casino was very disappointing. Our intention was to play some Roulette, but all roulette tables were closed. We love St. Hubert chicken (the only restaurant in the casino), but would have preferred having a better choice of food. You have a chess set in your lounge, but pieces are missing. An overall satisfying experience,however.

« We really enjoy the Fairmont experience. »

The room was great and the service was excellent! It's a beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of the country. We enjoyed the well maintained walking paths and the heated pools. However, we spent $50 for a simple breakfast of bacon and eggs and that's just too expensive.

« A delightful stay. »

The room (414) was a gift and it was well appreciated the a fridge was provided to us, free of charge, for my diabetes (insulin). The reception was beyond reproach and the bell-hop service quick and courteous. The 9/10 is due to a rather small bathroom between toilet and bathtub but we would take the room again especially at the price we were charged.

« Beautiful weekend getaway »

It was a great weekend. The hotel is beautiful. The woman that works at the concierge desk was extremely helpful. We wanted to try some local restaurants so she made some suggestions and helped us to make reservations both nights. The live music in the bar area was great. The only feedback I have was that when we arrived we had to look for help with out bags and the shower pressure is too hard. Other that those small things the overall experience was wonderful.
