First time at the hotel. Impresssed with the overall standard and excellent position right on a lovely stretch of beach. We had a very relaxing holiday helped along by some good quality staff. Big thanks to Ryan for looking after us with all watersports, Simon and Nicole for always being on hand and the always friendly Sierra. Only negative was unfortunately a poor meal in Taboras for our first meal there. We didn't use it again and dined outside each night.

A bit too expensive for food, expected higher quality dining for the price.

Room excellent Beach amazing Staff good Need to make more of the water sports area as it feels run down I would take inspiration from JuJu’s as have of the quests had lunch up there most days You need a spa We had a private personal trainer, you could make more of this on the web site Some of your vans/drivers that work out of the hotel are not at the standard they should be

Great rooms and very good service. Although you need to update the common areas - the fitness room needs and an update the breakfast area also needs some updating.

My experience was great with some exceptional help form Michael Sealy and Michael Osborne who both went the extra mile on our behalf to make our stay was special and enjoyable. The menu in the Taboras need complete overhaul with some lighter bit lunch items on the menu and smaller portions at lunchtime. This has become a big problem on both our visits this year, but our comments have fallen on deaf ears as far as any changes being made. House keeping, Gardens and the Door men are exceptional as well as the majority of staff

Hotel was lovely, clean and with well maintained gardens. Room had a sea view and was a good size, clean and had attentive staff who were happy to help out with ice, extra tea etc. We had an issue when we arrived so had to move rooms which staff helped with and complimentary champagne was given as an apology. Staff generally were friendly and helpful except in the bar where we were not allowed to buy drinks at the bar but had to have a waitress which cost more money. Buffet breakfast was included and was very nice with a good selection of hot and cold. Sadly this was let down by the birds which were constantly landing on tables and helping themselves to everything. This meant one of us had to stay at the table whilst the other went to the buffet (this was in a separate room) Food at the other restaurants for lunch and dinner was very expensive but not very imaginative. Most people ate out every night at the many places found locally. We had room service a few times as we were tired after a long day but again the menu was a bit boring and it was very expensive. The Manager's cocktail party was very nice and this was the only time we ever saw lots of people chatting and listening to the live music which was very good. As soon as this event was finished (about an hour) everyone drifted away. The average number of people who were eating at night in the restaurant was about 4! Such a shame, especially for the musicians who practically played to the staff. The access to the beach was great and the loungers, towels and bar service was good although that extra charge each time soon adds up. This would have been so much better if there had been an all inclusive option. This was a special holiday and all the extra expenses let it down. One of the unexpected delights were the repeat guests who have been back many times. They were so friendly and helpful but most said the same thing about the food and we never saw any eat in the hotel. They came back for the staff, the beach and because they know where to eat and how to get there.

The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful- huge differentiator. The little extras were also a very lovely touch. The room balcony is so well done and lovely place to continue relaxing with a bit of privacy that feels like being directly on the beach. The beach location is also wonderfully still, clean and comfortable for swimming, floating and water sports. The room decor is elegant and comfortable, though we did have a number of issues with mechanicals while we were there.

Wonderful location, excellent staff all round in my experience making Butler service slightly surplus to requirement. For the time of year shame dining was split between Taboras & Palm Terrace as it detracted from atmosphere with generally excellent entertainment playing to very few tables . Empty clothing shop needs a new tenant & general shop could do with improved range of snack food for in room purposes. Despite the forgoing we will definitely return as soon as we can .

Everything was awesome -- from the time we landed and were greeted by Nikyle who helped us coordinate through customs, the warm greeting we had from Charlene and Karishma when we arrived on the property, the amazing suite we had with the covered porch deck with easy beach access, and the friendly, attentive service every morning at breakfast from Alison, Odven, and Gregory, to the daily butler service provided by Tawanda, Dawn, Curtis, Jason and Shane, even the taxi drivers recommended by the hotel (Richard Thompson in particular) -- the entire trip felt custom made for us, designed to pamper us. The staff coordinates well with each other and it shows in the quality of their work. We felt really well fed and taken care of.

The USP is the position, beach and the staff. As outlined to JC during the week we found the reception desk a little "cold" and this occurred again at check out .... at the complete opposite are the delightful Ryan ( beach) and Sierra (dining). These individuals ( now friends ) are extremely warm and service orientated. The concierge team is good also. The rooms are good ( we stayed in beachfront) though the bathrooms are at the lower end for the star rating. The food provision is not fabulous given the excellent facilities available nearby. This was our third visit btw.
