« Customer satisfaction was not achieved per your customer promise charter »

On chk in on 3/10 we advised reception that our bathroom door would not close - staff assured us that it would be dealt with. On the morning of 5/10 we reported that it had not been fixed - we were then told there were no maintenance staff available and were then offered another room but not of the same upgrade standard as we had booked . Subsequently when we queried the situation regarding yr customer satisfaction charter we were advised that a 20E discount per day was being applied to our bill. We did not believe this was in line with your customer satisfaction charter and asked for this offer to be improved. Staff said they wld chk with management but on ck out only this nominal discount was applied. We intended to be in direct contact with Accor on our return home - this platform gives us an eRlier opportunity. Management shld hv been aware of the malfunction of room 201 n it shld not hv been in use until the problem had been resolved. At the rates we were paying we were not satisfied and believe we were entitled to greater restitution than we received and will be requesting refund from Accor

« Convenient overnight stop right next to the train station. »

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The note is attractive and well appointed. The location is perfect for train travellers. We were taking the first TGV in the morning for Paris so breakfast was not served prior to our departure. Fortunately food services were available in the Gare prior to our departure.

« Very good value, and in an excellent location for our onwards travel plans. »

The room was very clean, quiet (because it faced on to the rear) and had comfortable beds. My only request would be a coffee maker in the room, as it was a bit of a nuisance to have to go into the lobby to get a cup of coffee. I REALLY need a coffee first thing in the morning!

Room was nice, modern, clean and better than expected. Spaces double room with a sofa bed was perfect for 3 adults on an overnight stay before going to the airport.

« Only one night but was perfect »

Stayed for one night as we were travelling by train the next day. Had a double room and a quad room. It's location across the road from the station is very handy. Check in was easy on line as was the quick check out. No problem with the room as it was only for one night. Breakfast was fine with a good selection of food. I have to thank the reception staff who helped us out a couple of days later. We had arranged our pick up to the airport outside the hotel which did not arrive. The staff at the reception helped organise a couple of taxi's for us which arrived within 5 minutes and got us to the airport on time. Thank you again

« Good location and made to feel welcome as soon as we entered reception. »

Across the road from the train station, trams and buses. We we given a warm welcome from the moment we entered reception. Our room was good and quiet overlooking the roof tops backtowards Centre Ville. Comfortable bed. Bathroon was good. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of foods well presented. Virginie reactivated my Accor/Ibis account for future use and we were shown where to see the sights of the city. Overall very happy with our stay.

The hotel was clean / tidy with check in and out done efficiently. Unfortunately during my stay someone entered my room at 4:50am without my permission. The room was locked with the internal lock so couldn't have been opened with a card. My only conclusion from this is that it must have been opened by an employee, who had a key. After this incident, I found it dificult to get back to sleep as I wasn't sure my our belongings or we would be safe. I raised a compliant at checkout and would like a full refund as I lost the majority of my nights sleep I would appreciate someone calling me on +44… to discuss this further. I travel extensively with work and leisure and have never had an issue like this, in the past.

The hotel room was spacious but the bathroom was so small! The breakfast was very good, with plenty of things to eat. The staff replace any finished things soon enough. The hall of the breakfast although is a bit small and sometimes is very crowded. The transportations options to city center or to the airport is exactly outside the hotel which is very convinience. The WiFi has a good speed.
