Arrived from CDG Paris via SCNF train. The location of the hotel is just the opposite of train station and tram station so it was easy to move around. Rooms and shower rooms are small but clean. And all staffs are very friendly (Thank you to Ms Jessica and Anna for helping us with our luggage). No kettle provided in the room but the hotel kept one kettle on the shelf in he reception area together with coffee and tea selections. There are plenty restaurant around too.

Clean, great location, friendly staff, small but perfectly acceptable rooms, we had adjoining rooms as our sons were in the next room, this worked perfectly for us, also, my eldest son has a wheelchair, there was a fully functioning lift and ramps next to stairs so accessibility was great. All in all, a great price for twin, adjoining rooms next to the train station in Bordeaux.

It was just a perfect stay for our family on 14th night. First the location is really convenient as we travelled by the train. At the reception Laurie and the other lady made us feel home. room was clean and comfy. The Lady who was at the breakfast on 15th morning had all the ingredients necessary to be there. Calm collective and the smile. We would certainly come back! Good luck and keep continuing !

Room ok, small as a family room compared to the many other hotels we've stayed in within the Accor hotels group. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room something that is always available in even the most budget price hotel. Breakfast area was really small for the size of hotel, very cramped and not at all relaxing. Had an issue at check-in. I had booked several months ago via Accorhotels website. Since that time the credit card I paid with expired and has been replaced with a new one. This was a problem as it was insisted upon that I pay again as the expiry date and last 4 numbers had changed even though the account remained the same. So I have been charged again and am still awaiting the refund that I was told would be processed simultaneously. Not impressed! On the positive side all the staff in the hotel were very pleasant, welcoming and helpful and were it not for the other issues I'd be scoring our stay an 8

Hotel conveniently located just outside railway station. Good rate, but tiny room and shower is so small it is simply mpossible to use. Lots of noise from street, even on top floor with window closed and from other rooms. Booked and paid for early check-in, but room was not ready when we arrived. The front desk staff just said that and asked if it was a problem, when we said it was, they managed to find a room for us, which we would later find out was the 'one' with the too-small-to-use shower. When we mentioned that at check out, they just smiled and said it would be better the next time. There won't be a next time at this hotel.

Good value for three night break. I wanted to be near the railway station and this hotel is literally just across the road. Easy walk into Bordeaux (15 mins). Very friendly and helpful staff and great room up on top floor. Breakfast very good for price. It is obviously not the best area in Bordeaux but one of the most convenient, especially if travelling by train.

This is probably my favourite Accor hotel. The best value for a great location, for us mostly as we catch the train to/from Paris. We walk into the centre of town, although quite eaasily catch the tram across the road if we are lazy The hotel room is clean, functional and decent size. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great value, love they way they encourage you to take a coffee away in a takeaway cup Cannot fault this place, so cant make any further comment. Perfect everytie, and i have stayed many times, nice to be remembered

We arrived very late at night. The welcome was warm and the check in was rapid. the room was cosey, nicely set and clean. Breakfast is great we had everything we expect for and more (i was with a 4 year old!). The fact that the horel is situated just across the street from the train station (about 50 steps!) Was incredible and the receptionist at the hotel was so kind and she hanged the drowings my son made on the wall so he was sooo happy. You are great!

I generally have good experiences at Ibis hotels because the rooms, while not luxurious, are generally clean and well-designed. But I had many problems with my room: The sink was slanted so that any water that made it onto the counter ran onto the bathroom floor. The door slammed very forcefully. One time I got my finger smashed by the closing door, which was very painful and left a bruise. I turned off the air conditioning when I left to go sight-seeing to save energy, but when I returned it was on, at a lower temperature and higher fan than I had set it before I turned it off. One side of the bed has an outlet, and the other side has a light switch. It would be nice if both sides of the bed had both an outlet and a light switch.
