Chose this hotel because it was re brand to Novotel brand and would like to try new Accor hotel in Pattaya. Such a Platinum member of Le Club Accor Plus i got bad check in experience as ever in Thailand, i called to re confirm time that i arrived ( maybe on 20:00 to 21:00 ) . When i arrived they did't take me to priority counter for Le Club member, no thank you for my loyalty , no welcome drink and towel. Then they take me to my room and no VIP treatments was prepared , no welcome letter from Manager of hotel for Platinum member. ( welcome drink voucher was provide ) The room was old and bed, pillow case , towel so old need to change and renovate room. Facilities enough but look old. Unfortunately, staffs was nice with service mind. This hotel under stander of Novotel, hope when i come back the stander will be improved.

Reception and restaurant/bar Staff were all lovely, however it seems the hotel took over an old abandoned project and have only have done the job. Housekeeping, in true Thai tradition, seem to spend most of their working day asleep or playing with their cellphones. Green light outside room requesting housekeeping put on at 11am, by 3pm, still no housekeeping. Called reception asking for housekeeping to come to my room, I was asked 'Why? What's wrong?' Suggestion: The Request Housekeeping Button/Light activates a system to alert the Housekeeping Manager. No housekeeping for at least two hours (due to workload elsewhere) is acceptable. Every hour wait there after is refundable to the customer, (1/24th of 1 night's room rate), these funds taken from the Housekeeping Manager's salary. That will get the lazy staff to stop chatting on Line!

My stay at this hotel was nice the room was clean and nice with a balcony and view of the beach the staff were very friendly and helpful. When it comes to the location it is far from any restaurant and shopping malls or even a market but the hotel provides a transport from hotel to the main road and back every 2 hours. Those who are seeking for a quiet holiday this is a great place to stay..

Overall good hotel with unique design. Difficult to get in as hotel located at the end of alley. During night time back to hotel after dinner, I got lost as not clear hotel sign direction during the way in. However, room has high moisture and not air flow so when I woke up in the morning, floor is soar with condense water. Suggestion, better open window from time to time for air flow so it will be better on total room atmosphere.

Good atmosphere and decoration with private beach. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Definitely want to revisit the hotel again. The restaurant for breakfast might be a bit relatively small for the number of rooms in the hotel.

Staffs are really hospitalities and helpfull but deduct 1 point as I requested online that I need the adjoining room or connecting room but there was no communication between front staff and online staff. That really upset us as we have 3 kids ran between 1st room and 3rd room.

« The services quality has been declining. »

As I have stayed at the hotel between 13 and 15 October 2017. It was a long holiday weekends in Thailand. This is not the first time I stayed at the hotel, it used to managed by Centara, and the owner of the hotel accordingly. Now it is managing by one of my trusted hotel brands in the world. The room was in declined condition without improvement and the air condition was very poor and loud. In contrast, the room maid has done a tremendous job by keeping it clean. Most Importantly, the poor condition of its air condition has caused us to admitted to the hospital at the end of our stay. Our family has a problem with air allergies, and in poor condition for 5 days. To make it worse, the hotel tried to contact us every 5 minutes in order to inform us that they cannot make a charge to our provided payment detail automatically even thought we cannot take to them as we are in terribly poor health conditions. However, they seem not to listen and then started to call every minute if I am not picking up their calls. Would this be right? We are all admitted in the hospital. As I am assured them that my credit card was not faulty in anyway. Please check on this as this is unacceptable and not like the services standard of Le Accor Hotel at all. Best regards, T V.

The room is clean and staffs was nice. However you can smell the pipe from the bathroom all the time, especially when enter the room. Moreover the road lead to the hotel is need to be improve.
