Housekeeping staff was not good . During my 6 night stay they did not vacume my rooms, more over they some of them they do not knock the door before entering the room. Some stag should speak English or Arabic. Resection staff are very good.

First, they gave me a room other than the one I booked. Secondly, some of the staff at the reception desk were fiddling. Thirdly, there was an employee telling us that the hotel restaurant was booked and did not want us to enter. It was just a part of the restaurant, it was catered for

I booked for 2 double bed with single. Only to get one big bed for 3 . The pictures you put in the net is not the same , when someone come to the hotel. Gym too small , pool, etc. Sheets are too dirty. With stains

Check in - Excellent. Swift and personable Room - Too Hot and no Air-Con. When asked to turn down simply told to open the window to a noisy street. Internet - Very Poor. Could not even make a simple voip call TV - NO English channels

I arrived around 11 p.m. There was water on the floor in the bathroom. They sent a housekeeper to check it and he cleaned the water. In 20 minutes water appeared again. I called reception and this time technician came, he did something in the bathroom and left saying that all should be fine now. But in 15 minutes water appeared again. After that I was offered another room. In 15 minutes I moved to other room, but it was not clean - it was dirty near the bed. I called to reception again, they told me that somebody will come and vacuum the room. But actually it was around midnight and I told that noise will wake up people on the floor. After that I was told that they will find another room for me and upgrade it. In about 30 minutes I was placed to suite. The room was nice, but it had bad smell in the bathroom. As it already was about 1.30 a.m. and I was exhausted I just went to bed. I had couple of confusions with the people on reception - when you call them in the night with some questions, they say that all could be done and you just need to come in the morning. When you come in the morning, different people tell you that person who told you this yesterday is new and did not know that these services are not available. So it is very confusing especially when you do not know Turkish and travel for work with pretty busy schedule. I stayed in other Mercure hotels before and this stay was the most unpleasant for me.

They do not know the platinum member status. This hotel is not fit to be a accor member. Imperial hotel is only use accor brand just to get customer

I did not enjoy my time at all in this hotel, very bad services and housekeeping... No towels most of the time Cleaning of my room is very bad Staff is not smiling at all!!!!

« Worst stay in a hotel in my whole life »

I am an accor client since many many years. My stay in mercure bomonti was the worst stay in a hotel in my whole life. This hotel is supposed to be a five star and to be honest it can not deserve more than 2 or maximum 3 stars. Dirty room My wife found a tampon with blood next to the bed when we enterred the room which was supposed to be the upgrade as se were upset!!!! Room not cleaned Waste basket not emptied Only one bath towel and we have a double room No shower gel When you request something you wait for ages Elevators are a night mare in morning time only two small elevators for 8 floors hotel with maybe 200 or plus rooms Internet does not work most of the time This is really very bad hotel with very bad service except maybe for a couple of individuals who try to help the rest of the staff is really unexperienced and unprofessional and really do not understand what they do in this hotel. I really i believe i wasted my money on this hotel.

Empty water bottles in the room on the day of arrival, shaving mirror couldnt be used because of technical broken arm, promise to send invoice to my email account which has not been done.

1) Air conditioning in the room was not working most of the time. 2) WiFi is very slow and not available in the room most of the time. 3) Food quality is bad. 4) Service is horrible. 5) Staff are very rude and need much training on how to deal with international customers and tourists. 6) Follow up of management is very poor. 7) i am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay at your hotel this time and will not return again for sure as the hotel now is a two star level or even less.

great hospitable hotel especially ( Gozail ) guest relation was very friendly and extremely polite ... she was professional and gave good suggestion ... i didn't stay long just one night coz i had no time ... the spa was fabulous ( i have been treated as a king in the spa ).

the one issue was when we called them to ask if our room is ready, they kept keeping us on the line and contacting us every time with a different person that also keep us on the line and contact us to a different one.
