The staff is what really made our stay and at first it was hard to speak but then it REALLY helped when there was an English speaking staff member to help us get taxis and other details.

Great staff service, clean and convinient spot. Having a vending machine and ice maker would be a great Improvement and convenient for the guest as well having cups and ice bucket on the room.

The hotel is fine. It’s very clean and new. There is no water or ice in rooms. The rooms are a bit small and beds are very firm.

Really new hotel hope stay like how was when i be there. Front desk and the bar very friendly and helpful staff. Great and i happy same of them speak english!!! Room have new ibis design. Only one thing i miss: the television protector complicate and always after 2 hours are make him self close. And sorry but gold accor members are available automatically welcome equipment, but here not...:( Sad...

hidden 19% charge on booking site, not reimbursed

The accommodations were fine. The hotel charges listed on the Airbnb web site are DECEPTIVE, and do not include a 19% tax charged at check-in after the room was paid for and booked on line. The 19% tax is buried at the bottom of the "house rules" section only in Spanish, and is not mentioned in the fees or billing section of the booking page. It is easy to miss and impossible to understand unless you are fluent in Spanish. I have recommended to the hotel and airbnb that they list all fees in one location, and in the language being used to book the room. So far, no change. And no reimbursement for the hidden costs they charged me.

Personal from desk are very nice and quick check in. Since this was our third stay, those who recognized us gave us a warm welcome. Only one receptionist that we seem for the First time, when we informed to extend our stay, require traineing for a more positive interaction. Breakfast offer a wide variety of positive food choice.

Brand new hotel, its staff is the best asset they have. Clean design and confortable beds. Breakfast has coffee, fruits, bread and warm options too. Central location near the best restaurants and coffee places in town.

Overall hotel great appearance and great design (Poor mans Aloft hotel). I expected more as I have watched this property being built over the last year.. Staff exceptional. Food Average. Here is the Epic Fail-- This hotel cut corners on the mattress. No it was not actually a mattress! It was a 2 inch mattress topper on a foundation. I have traveled the world and I have never seen such a thing. The front desk said yes, we get lots of complaints but we will fix it. They placed 2 thin comforters on the 2 inch topper and said it was fixed.But no- it was still like sleeping on a concrete sidewalk. I woke up the next morning with a huge back ache. The front desk again said we have this problem all the time we know what to do. I said ok but if not fixed I will move my 10 day stay back to the Holiday Inn where I have stayed for the last 4 years. I come back to bed that had 3 mattress toppers and sheets that were placed side ways because they were for single beds. This was marginally acceptable and I agreed to stay only because the staff went above and beyond to make it right. This cheap approach will certainly will not pay rewards for this property in the future. It is embarrassing for the wonderful staff to constantly have to deal with this crazy mattress issue. Great location- good looking property however with this mattress issue Im not so sure I will be back which is a shame.
