« The frontdesk personel were super. Room was great. Hotel location close to the Metro/Tram station which was a most interesting point specially since my sister and her family living 3 blocks further. Breakfast was very good and healthy. »

My S. and I, we flew in together from Aruba and he knowing Holland already, were looking for a not so expensive hotel. Also we got this hotel address from my brother-in-law living with his family about 3 blocks further, so in the vicinity of the hotel and we could walk in a few minutes to their home/residence. We were invited to attend the wedding of my beautifull niece. Hotel booking was done via on-line which went swiftly. Upon arrival and checking in at the hotel, we went to our room and we found it a bit too small. Without me knowing it, my S. went to the frontdesk trying to look for a somewhat bigger room. And indeed, he found one with the help of your personel at the frontdesk and susprisingly at no additional charge. I have been in the service business at a DIY store, handling customers and know exactly how customers feel when being helped correctly. My congratulations to your staff. Overall a very nice experience being in Holland on vacation. Keep it up!!!

The hotel was very nice and modern. Room was good size. No in room fridge was a bit of a negative but plenty refreshments for sale at main foyer. Pillow wasn’t great could have done with another one. Apart from these minor things we enjoyed our stay at this Ibis

Must be better, If are three guest in the room, it's suposed that housekeeping give three towels and showergels, otherwise you must ask at the reception. I book hotel on the hotel web pages, nights+ breakfast, but when I arrive they charge me for the same price only nights without breakfast, so I must aprove my booking with .pdf report from the hotel web page.

It was pleasant stay in hotel. Room was large enough even though I was alone in the room, but it would have been enough for two people as well. Bathroom was spacious and enough room in shower even for bigger people. And air conditioning was superb. Didn't have to sweat in the room as it was warm enough outside. Breakfast was quite nice, although it would have been nice to have some vegetables. Maybe tomatoes or fresh cucumber and maybe different kinds of yoghurts. Even though hotel isn't near downtown, public transportation was next to the hotel so it was easy to get into downtown.

Fantastic hotel for the money. Pride event meant staying in centre was too expensive. Staff were very friendly. The hotel was far bigger and cleaner than I expected. Athough I didn't watch much tv I as impressed that you provided english channels. . I accept no yea making facilities in room but was disappointed the tea and coffee machine in reception was out of order.

Modern clean building at the very convenient Metro station located on the edge of a pond, and the polite personnel. That is all on the positive side. I tried several Ibis Budget hotels earlier, they typically did not have a parking on premises. As this one was an exception in this regard, I selected it for the two nights. The room layout was unbelievable. It appears that Ibis tries to find the limit what a customer can tolerate. There were the two beds (in the "L" configuration), no place for a small desk and chair, not even for charging the phone which is wider than 2.5 inches, and not mentioning the place to store the personal luggage. All of this for the price higher than in the regular Ibis hotels.

This was my first time at an Accor Hotels after I was upgraded to a silver status. I entered the hotel and the receptionist had no idea what being silver meant. I asked for a late check-out and they said it would cost me £10 per extra hour. I said it was a benefit from the silver status (if it had availability, of course), but I had to inform it on check-in. She called someone else and they said it was correct but I would have to leave by 2pm. I didn't feel welcome at all. Then I said: oh, I'm entitled to a free drink, right? And she said they did not do that in that hotel so I didn't get anything. It was truly disappointing. I even checked out at noon because I wasn't sure they would charge me. Then, one morning I decided to have breakfast. I hadn't previously paid for it because I wanted to see if it was good. I arrived at the breakfast area and was greeted by a hostess. I said I hadn't paid for it yet and asked how to proceed. She explained I should pay at the front desk. I thanked her and said I would take a look at what they were serving. Then another hostess came along and very firmly said: which room are you at? And I responded my room number and informed I hadn't paid yet but wanted to see what they served. And she kept watching me. I looked around real quick and then went to the front desk to pay and have a seat. On my check-out morning, at 10:45 I had someone knock on my door. I was getting ready to shower but the cleaner started to open the door so I went to greet her. She said: check-out day. I responded it was still before 11am and I had requested to leave at 2pm. I did not feel welcome at all. So I preferred to leave at noon and never come back.

« Lovely room but poor customer service »

The room in which I stayed was small but lovely and nicely designed. We hung up our wet towels after using the shower, but for some reason the cleaner always folded them up and put them over our stuff on the bench which meant they never dried. Every time I went to reception they seemed stressed and too busy and didn’t want to help with much. It felt like to ask a question would be to annoy them.

Convenient transportation. It takes 30 minutes to get to the central station by 51 metro and 30 minutes to the museum by 5 tram. But The room is not cleaned properly. and skip the floor towel twice. The three-person room does not have a bald tide when you open the bed.

Comfortable stay, clean hotel! However the air conditioning wasn't working (room with 4 people). They changed us into another room (for 2 people) however it was a double bed, so we had to keep the original room with no air conditioning. Not ideal with temp of 25c.

First is about the staff. We booked 2 triple bedrooms. We check-in around 3pm. When we came to the assigned rooms, the rooms were double bedroom only and not yet be made up. We went to the concierge and told the staff. The staff obviously knew we booked triple bedroom and assigned double bedroom to us!!!! We stayed there for 4 days. But bed linen, quilt cover and pillow cover have not been changed for 4 days. We put the used towels on the floor for indicating to change, day end when we returned hotel, we found the cleaner put those used towel on the hooks in toilet which we already hooked our personal things on them!!!!
