Great stay away from Amsterdam Central hustle and bustle

The room was great, it was spacious for two people, the view was just looking onto the road but I didn't mind this nor was I expecting anything spectacular! We decided to stay in this hotel rather than in Amsterdam Central as we wanted quietness and away from the hustle and bustle and it was exactly that. The hotel is a short walk (7 mins) from a Dominos and we did enjoy that one evening. The tram line is also under a 10 min walk which takes you into the central within no time. The breakfast was ok - as a Brit I like tea and it wasn't strong enough so I had to put two bags into the mug to taste the flavour. The breakfast is all cold, I didn't mind this for the short stay we had but it would of been nice to have a toaster! Overall a nice stay. Great bed!!!

A perfectly acceptable stay given the location of the hotel and the room rate. The Staff could have been more accommodating at check in, but otherwise the room was clean and the breakfast was adequate.

Great locarion but price was way to high

Great locarion, friendly staff. But the price we had to pay 145 Eur per night was too high. Also rates for the night on the day were 82 Eur. So dont understand why we had to pay so much booking upfront through the Accor website.

We were a group of 3 - 2 adults, and a child. The room we booked, which the ALL website itself recommended, turned out to be the disabled friendly room, which had an extra bed which could be pulled out of the closet. While the extra bed was much appreciated, it meant that there was no cupboard to keep our clothes in. There were no other spaces in the room either for the same. This was a problem. The other problem was that the attached bathroom in the room did not have locks, nor a shower cubicle. When we asked to switch to a room which had a cupboard, a shower cubicle etc, we were given another disabled friendly room itself, which did not take care of addressing any of the problems we had noted. So, we opted to stay in the room originally allotted to us. The staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was decent. The rooms were clean. So, the overall stay was decent.
