« My overall experience is very good and pleasant. »

Very nice hotel of this class.......and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Housekeeping staff is also very polite and always smiling - That's very Good!! Breakfast area is very spacious with very wide choices of food. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to others when in the area. Good job, MiCasa!!!

« Helpful staff, clean rooms and a nice location »

Very pleasant experience. This was my second stay here. The staff is very helpful. They are still doing renovation work on the hotel, so it is possible that you hear some hammering. Would be nice to find a letter in the room explaining and apologizing for any inconvenience. Also, would be nice to find a solution for the mosquitoes in the lift... challenging issue!

However, we have place notices on each guest floor advising on-going upgrade works until end of February including our hotel websites. « No hotel makes me feel most welcome than Micasa Mercure Yangon. »

I hope the Renovation at Micasa Mercure Yangon will be over soon, otherwise this hotel makes me feel like I am shareholder. Most caring personalized service from the GM Mr Richard TunTun and to all the staff : Housekeeping, Restaurant, Reception! Bellboys etc. I love the location being close to Myanmar Plaza and the lake. A mininarket makes my stay practical too.

Overall, the experience was alright. Except for the internet wifi which was terrible. Throughout my whole stay, the wifi connection was dropping every few minutes. My guests whom are staying on different floor, doesn't seem to have this problem. Which means it's not the internet problem but more of internal hotel relay problem.

Everything was great from room layout to location, cleanliness, service, etc. However, wish I had known there was construction going on as it gets really loud during the day time that I couldn't even have a nice afternoon in the room relaxing.

« Lovely relaxing laidback resort »

From check in to check out I had a really good experience at MiCasa. Staff at all levels were very friendly and helpful- that makes a huge difference in my opinion. The moment of truth when your customers meet your staff.... excellent service. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean with all required amenities - the wifi was good which is important. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yangon.

Pros: Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good food. Cons: Crappy airco (room 508), non-cosy restaurant (especially when empty), WiFi not always working. Rebranding was still not finished in October. Also construction work outside at evening hours.

Loved our time here. Very friendly and attentive staff. Best beds ever. Fantastic room cleaners. Great view. Tiling in one bathroom meant water on the floor every time we had a shower, but otherwise, hard to fault. Pool was beautiful, and an antidote to the heat (AC also excellent). Pity it wasn't open every day due to renos, but fortunately we were able to use it outside working hours. Restaurant somewhat lacking life. Drivers who work there are also great...
