We stayed for our one night staycation and we really had a cozy night at Mercure.Hotel staffs are friendly and well trained.They help us as much as they can with great hospitality.One bedroom is suitable for two persons to chill and relax.Room is clean and bedding things are really comfortable to have a sound sleep. We really appreciate for various kinds of food for buffet breakfast and we also like to enjoy our lunch at hotel restaurant.Room-dining is nice for dinner and the prices are reasonable too.

Staff as usual always friendly I was there on business my family came out and made them feel very welcome genuinely very nice people. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the internet very slow at peak times.

« Booing the same rate but experience with difference room type »

I am booking the room by support from Mr.Saida. We book totally 5 room (Check IN 20 Aug / Check OUT 24 Aug). My friend got bigger room like SUIT room but I normol room (like standard room) WHY!!!???. And also smell in the room does not good like bad evaculation of drain pipe from toilet.

We booked this hotel with expectation of being our brand. We were allocated a dirty and itchy room facing the back facing construction. We went downstairs and complaint to reception in the afternoon. The receptionist tall skinny Stanley told us that all their front room are occupied and do not have rooms to move us. We suffered immensely all night! The itch of bugs in the bed and mosquitoes flying around we could not sleep. It was TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE Sleepless and annoying night. Very Disappointed and Angry about choosing this hotel who did not value us. We did not appreciate an upgrade to a bedroom apartment, which Stanley was bluffing about giving us. All we asked for is a clean, bug and mosquitos free with a nice view. It is about Quality not Quantity.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Furniture are old comparing to the newly renovated toilet. I stayed in the one room apartment which i appreciate but i wonder if the layout of the furniture can improve. This is my second time staying and i notice your sofa is always place right below the air con vent which makes it very uncomfortable to sit at that position.
