It is amazing how this place can be on the list of Accor group. I have read through all the information and confirmation from the group and the hotel and still do not find any excuse for that what they did: They made "special" reservation from my credit card account in advance prior to visit and release this 2 days after my departure even I had paid fully my allowance on the first day of arrival. Strange ? Needless to say neither hotel nor the Accor group has responded to the claim. What will be the next authority ?

A simple no-frills budget hotel a few minutes walk from Victoria and Pimlico stations. Friendly reception staff. Some websites say there’s a complimentary continental breakfast, this isn’t true it’s a £7.50 or £6.00 if booked in advance extra. Our room had a large window which helped to make it seem larger. Arriving late back from a day out disappointed to find the room hadn’t been serviced. The room TV didn’t work.

Overall, I suppose the hotel was fine. I had booked a two person room for my friend and I, and on the first day we met up with another friend in London. For context, this other friend's mother was missing, and she had just received a call from the police regarding the status of her mother, with info indicating she might be in the London area. So of course, the first thing my friend and I do is offer our hotel room for her to stay in, in case anything happens. We pay extra to let our friend stay in the same (small) room as us, with me on the floor and her taking my bed. The next day was New Years Eve, so we went out to see the fireworks, and walked around for about 3 and a half hours in London, somewhat lost (friend is scared of being underground, so no travelling by rail) until we finally reach the hotel at about 3:45 AM. Upon entering, the receptionist tells us one of us has to leave. She didn't wait until morning, we were visibly exhausted, she knew our friend's mother was missing (we had explained the situation prior), and yet she still decided to kick one of us out. Luckily, my male friend (the non-missing mother one) has family in London, albeit on the very edge of London, so he took a two hour journey after packing all of his things to go stay with them, cutting my time with him short. I did not get to see him again after that due to the travelling difficulties. It killed my enjoyment of the rest of my trip, for sure.
