Hi there, with the aim to give you a constructive crítica, I would Inform you that the staff in re reception area could be more aware and be more atentful and try to work with sympathy , esential to work in a hospitality service.When I arrived, no greetings , just a strange funny laugh and I had to do aññ the conversation.Even I had to show my payment of my booking , a strange aspect as you have my booking in your system.They found it after looking minutes of their time, which you think this is there job. A supervisor in the back office wasn t really interested in greeting me as a client, more aware of going home quickly for his well earned night off.
