I like this hotel, would most likely come back again. My only problem is with room service. I really wish they would give me a tray and collect it after I'm done eating! Because the smell of food in the room is not pleasant .

Stayed a lot with Accor. No surprises, one of my favorites now is this Mercure in Kaliningrad. Cozy and clean well-equipped rooms, 2 nice restaurants with tasty dishes and excellent presentation. Nice amber jewelry boutique in the hallway. Highly recommend. Choose rooms with the lake view.
