We arrived after a very long car journey in appallling weather. I had booked a family room which was excellent and large enough for our needs. Tlhe room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and everything was spotlessly clean. I would like to say a special word of appreciation for the young man on duty on our arrival who was so kind and thoughtful to our son who has special needs. It made his holiday. thank you.

The staff were so friendly and kind. There were nice treats available to guests, and the breakfast was good, in particular, we loved the fresh squeezed orange juice. The decor has a rugby them, and when I mentioned that my son plays rugby, they brought us a signed souvenir from one of the Toulouse professional players. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a car, and travel was very easy. I would highly recommend and you can book this hotel with confidence that you will have a great stay.

From start to end it was a pleasure. Checked in online but got delayed. Emailed hotel and Sebastian said it was no bother. He was very friendly, taking extra time to welcome our son and giving him a welcome pack. Breakfast was staple but there was plenty of it. Will use again

Stayed here with my family enroute to/from airport and found staff helpful and polite. Rooms for the rate were fantastic and clean and quiet. Extra bonus was secure carparking and great breakfast

Good interaction by telephone prior to arrival. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Rooms 119 & 120 both experienced disturbance from outside - the road, the nearby night club & a barking dog. Ear plugs are necessary. Excellent breakfast - ready for us by 0530 - thank you Sebastien ! Your freshly squeezed orange juice machine is a great touch.

Easy to find the location of the hotel. Easy Parking. Check in with a very friendly Night receptionist .Thank you!. The room as always at Ibis Style Hotels, very special, and good..The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom with shower clean and all you can expect.The breakfast buffet plenty to choose from, the coffee from the coffee machine is somehow at least not my taste, But of cause every body has its own taste.... It was a almost a perfect stay.. The lady at the front desk urged us to check out at 12.00 okay thats policy of all Ibis Hotel , but I think the message could be more client oriented.

The hotel was located near a main highway, which was good for us, but was not particularly easy to get to (no signage). Pleasant staff, good bed, excellent insulation from highway noises, but small room. I stayed in other Ibis Styles which were a lot roomier. this one made me think or a "regular" Ibis, size wise.

There was no air conditioning on a hot summer night and no one told us until we had checked in and walked into our room. Opening the window was barely an option as there was a dog barking permanently outside.

Being woken up between 01.00 and 02.00 by drunken revelry shows that this is not a 3* experience. The spring loaded sink plug was fixed in the open position!

The stay was fine however my experience with a mistake at the time of booking is very poor- my first attempt at booking was at approximately 18 30 on April 22nd, when I entered my credit card details the system did not confirm receipt of my payment, so I immediately attempted another booking with a similar experience at the payment stage, ( I must point out that these booking attempts were both made via a mobile internet connection) I checked my email inbox where there was no confirmation from Accor Hotels, so I rang the helpline where I was advised that I had in fact booked 2 rooms!!!! BUT it was not possible to cancel the booking and I was advised to ring the Sesquires hotel on Saturday morning to seek assistance , however when I returned home at approximately 23 50 I checked my email inbox on my home computer to find TWO booking confirmation emails- FHPDKSCH and FHPDKTTW , both emails contained a cancellation option so I decided to cancel both bookings and immediately rebooked a room for April 25. At the reception on the morning of April 26 I mentioned the cancellations and was assured by the receptionist that I had been refunded for the two cancelled bookings, however I have just recieved my credit card statement and it appears that the two cancelled bookings HAVE in fact been charged for, yesterday lunchtime I rang the Sesquires hotel where I was advised to email details of my query to ; ha… I have sent an email to the above address and have not yet recieved any reply. I would be grateful if you could give this matter your full attention at the earliest opportunity and reply to my email address ; r.… I would like to point out that the ratings which i have given in your survey reflect the general lack of interest shown by your employees so far in my reservation problems and not with the quality of the accomodation, I am also well aware that it was not your company,s fault that I made the initial two bookings in error, however given the fact that this was an obvious error and not a change of plans on my part that is to say I cancelled the rooms 3 days in advance of the my intended stay AND I booked the room again immediately I expect a full refund to be made as there was ample time for you to sell the rooms to another customer, kind regards, Robert L.
