We enjoyed our stay very much,..nice comfortable room, very nice view from the roon terrace,very good private beach/swiming pool area,very friendly staff and nice foods at Restaurant Aqua,but have 3 comments/questions;1.Evening Turn Down ServicesWith 5 stars,selling Prvate Beach/Swiming Pools,people witll take showers before dinner,and could be in the morning as well.Nothing to do with "Eco-Friendly",but if you change towels twice a day,this is great.I said the same to the Reception when we checked out,but she said "Will discuss with House Keeper",but this is nothing to do with House keepers,but Hotel Management,as this should incur the additional costs to the hotel.2.Restaurant TamarindWe were the first customer there,so based on the Menu given,we selected some and ordered.But to the next customers and so on,they explain the Course Menu?,which they did not explain to us at all.They should treat customers on equal basis. Our "Tom Yam type Soup",Chiken inside was very very very salty! When waitress usked us about the foods,I explained the same.But she never responded to my comment.At least,she should have explained something?Until we left the Restaurant,she was very queit?3.Water Polo at the Swing PoolWhen we were resting at the Pool side,all of sudden,Water Polo started in the Pool,with noises,laughing,shouting,splash all over the place.About 10 people were in the game,including 3 Pullman staffs,wareing Pullman shirts.I asked Pool Guy,but only said "10 minutes"? After 30 minutes,they finished,and people came back to Swimin Pool,as it was quiet again.Why you allow Water Polo in the Swiming Pool?

Your comments have been discussed with our restaurant team and we shall ensure this remains an isolated incident. I also value your questions about activities at our Edge Beach Club. We do our best to balance parts of the day with a relaxing mood and other parts of the day with activities, including volley ball, Muay Thai classes, water aerobics and water polo. I hope we get a chance to welcome you back to a Pullman resort in the future.

Beautiful hotel, staff friendly and very attentive. Bow on reception is lovely. We came as two couples and would have scored this a 10 but the only grumble we had was that the rooms were not serviced until 17.30 each day. This was really inconvenient as we were trying to shower and get ready after a day at the pool or returning from a trip. The other couple said the same. Cleaning staff really friendly and did a good job though. The other couple we travelled with used to sit in the balcony in dressing gowns whilst the room was being cleaned. Other than this it is a lovely hotel. We loved Thailand

Pros: Excellent accommodation in the sea view villa. Staff exceptional. Cons: Didn’t like the music blaring out at the main pool. As the hotel is out of town, more regular shuttle buses should be put on from the hotel.

The service at the pool side was satisfactory. There was not enough manpower to clear the dirty beds with used towels. I am also disappointed that the bar requires a minimum spending before we can lounge at the sheltered beds. Why would a hotel require that when we are already guests of the hotel? I think much can be done to fix the service at the poolside. One of the days the housekeeping was also not done and we had to call room service to clean up our room. I think this should be a standard instead of having guest calling to remind the housekeepers to make up the room. Lastly they should increase the frequency of the shuttle service considering the distance of the hotel from the town.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience and observations about your recent stay at our Pullman resort. We are sorry to discover our pool-side team was slow to remove towels and other items from the sun lounges. Your comments have been shared with our Recreation team and we shall take action immediately. I am also sorry to learn you were unhappy with the daily rental fee for use of the four cabanas at our sea-side pool. As part of our efforts to enhance the luxury experience in key areas of the resort two months ago we re-built the cabanas, this included new lounge beds and structure. Once complete we provided guests the option to pay for a premium spot to relax in comfort. In return for the $45 USD fee we transfer the money paid to a bar credit, provide a dedicated butler, magazines and complimentary water. We are currently in discussions with a champagne house to elevate the luxury experience of the cabanas to a new level. Our plans include branded towels, sun hats, sun glasses, goblets and discounts on a well-known champagne brand exclusive to guests who rent the cabanas. We hope to have this partnership finalized by the end of February. Once again we wish to thank you for your valuable feedback and we look forward to welcoming you back to a Pullman resort in the future. Sincerely,

We had booked a sea view room and initially were given a room on the 2nd floor. We could see the sea but most of the view was occupied by the roofs of your villas. We requested for a room on the 3rd floor and promptly were given one. From here on all was fine. Good breakfast buffet and good Tamarind restaurant. The gym equipment is not the newest but ok. You need to do something about the picture quality of your TV programs. Currently it is poor no matter what room we were.

This was our first time in Phuket Thailand. Cape panwa was a nice quiet part which we thoroughly enjoyed after being in Bangkok. Pullman's hotel wow what can I say our stay was magnificent, the room was lovely. Nice sea view. The staff were very helpful, greeted with a big smile which goes along way in my books. My partner and myself came away loving Thailand and a visit for next year is on the horizon. Thank you so much for making our stay enjoyable, we certainly had the best time ever. In fact the best holiday I've had in a long time.

To become a 5 Star you have to do a lot of improvements and I don't think that possible. I booked this hotel because it was 5 star and it was our worst hotel on our Thailand experience People are very nice

From check in to check out the whole experience was amazing! The staff at the Pullman is a real credit to you! Special thanks to Nat on the front desk, he was so helpful and really help make our sons 30th Birthday very special. Thank you so much once again Nat. The views from reception (which is what you see when arriving) are incredible! We received a warm welcome with cold towels and a drink which was a lovely touch. We had delux sea view rooms ( as we arrived as a family of 6) which were lovely, spotless clean, and very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offers a great choice for all, loved the healthy section too! It does get very busy at times but you are on holiday so relax and get into the Thai Happy way of living! The pool bar & areas are also lovely, providing a good service to guest, again can get very busy but generally always a bed to lie on. The private little beach is nice to have too giving a lovely breeze for the high temperatures, although as it’s close to the port so the water isn’t as clean or blue as other beaches around and some large cargo type boats in the bay which aren’t the prettiest to look at. The gardens and flowers around the resort are stunning and well looked after. The restaurants are of a good quality, service in the Italian was a little slow at times but I think this was due to lack of staff. We didn’t go to the Thai restaurant as ate locally which was amazing! ( especially the Indian across the road) Generally the hotel is in a stunning area of Phuket, Panwa is a quite, lovely area with great local restaurants and a few bars. It’s only 15 minutes away from Phuket town so if you want lively your not far. Something that we didn’t read before arriving is that your only 90mins by speed boat from The national park & Phi Phi islands, we hire a private boat for the 6 of us to do this and it was only 35£ pp more than the tourists organized trips! We had freedom to stop when we wanted and stay for how ever we decided having lunch on Phi Phi! Highly recommend if there are a group of you. ( which the hotel arranged ) Don’t hesitate to stay at this hotel we loved our holiday here and missing it already! Thank you all very much Just a few little things to improve on An extra bin in the bathroom needed A few areas around the pool need some maintenance, tiles chipped, etc , sun bed cushions - a few our ripped, the beach is clean regularly but there is a huge problem with plastic! We cleaned up a lot ourselves, it was quite sad to see the piles left at the back of the beach tho! Not sure the seaview delux rooms ( we had 6303, 4203, 4206 ) are 5* standard more 4* we felt, we have travelled all around the world and stayed in some very high end hotels so feel we can say this but of course everyone looks for different things. The views are stunning though! I can’t comment of the bungalow/ pool type rooms, (they did look very nice) and seemed very popular.

We really loved the resort - from the incredible welcome when we arrived, to the room upgrade (just LOVED that - thank you), to the little platinum benefits and the awesome beach club vibe around the pool. The complimentary SUP's etc were awesome and well received and really appreciated the transport into Phuket Festival Central. Kids club was amazing - our boys absolutely loved it, and the staff were just incredible. We especially appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of Riswan (or Rishan from Indonesia) in the restaurant - he was just fantastic and our boys loved him. The thing that was disappointing about the resort was the food. We ate at Tamarind on the first night and it was some of the worst Thai food that we have eaten. The taste was off, the prawns turned into powder in our mouth, and much of it was not very good. We expected better than this being in Thailand and at such an amazing resort. The food in the other restaurant was ok, but not as good as what we had been experiencing at the Pullman Naithon Beach. However, we did love the resort, and hope to be back one day.

It was good but I never experienced an half board package with soft drinks/water excluded. I believe this was a let down as I felt it was just inappropriate to pay for drinks at every meal. We also didn’t like the fact that we could only choose either a starter or dessert. Why not having the three meals included? This overall would make me think twice whether coming back here.

We had a wonderful stay the Pullman - we stayed in a beachfront pool villa for four nights which was incredibly spacious, quiet and relaxing. The main pool was great, swim up bar was a highlight, staff at the pool and bar were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and Amy and her team were very attentive. We had a massage, which was lovely, a fabulous way to relax and wind down. Thanks very much to all the staff who made our stay so special.

« We felt like royalty »

Beautiful surroundings our rooms were more then we could have imagined also delicious food. Also your spa and the ladies working there and our treatments were amazing. Only one complaint as a non smoker it was very disappointing to be having breakfast and people smoking around us. One morning a man lit a cigar. Maybe there could be a smokers area. Also more shuttles to town would have been helpful.
