Wonderful location. Nana BTS Station just a 7 minute walk away. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and bars nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room, amenities, and property all clean and in good repair.

The staff were excellent through-out all departments. Smiling and helpful no matter the questions or requests put to them. Room was of good size and had good curtains to keep the room dark through the early morning sun. The pool and exercise room were spotless and in great condition. Wonderful experience. Will be booking this hotel again!

i have stayed the first time at Mercure, Shukhumvit. Location is great and the rooms are big and clean. i used the Room Service, which was good and fast. Staff were always friendly. I had lounge access and I really enjoyed the drinks there.

It was a pleasant stay staying at the hotel except for a technical situation where I was locked out of my room for more than half a day without access to my belongings. After breakfast, I was unable to scan my key card to enter my room and yet able to scan the elevator to proceed to the floor of my stay. Went down to the concierge to check on my key card and was informed that key card have been rescan and should be allowed into the room Went back to my room and noted that the key card still fail and the door is lock.Went down to the concierge again and the staff Tittle accompanied me to my room to check on the key card. Tittle scan the key card and observed that the door failed to open. Thinking it was battery problem,I was assured it would be resolved soon whilst he notify the technical team to look at it. I waited at the pool area for 45mins whilst the hotel is looking into the spoilt door. As the only option for me was to either wait at the lobby or wait at the pool, waited at the pool area. After a Long wait, I was asked to go to the room and wait outside whilst they try to fix my door.apparently,it’s not a simple matter of changing battery but something more complicated Decked in shorts and tees after breakfast, I have a private day tour planned and I need to access my room. It was a coincidence for me that I have my wallet and the tour details with me as I planned to changed and freshen up again after breakfast. Queried the hotel staff about the duration of the resolution and was given an unknown duration. Either wait in hotel and spend the day waiting endlessly and forgo my plans for the day or go with out whatever attire I am in with whatever belongings I have. It was a frustrating situation for me as I have to go out unprepared for the day as I was unable to access the room. Tittle was professional and tried to pacify me of my situation and try his best to salvage the situation but nonetheless it is still a situation that was uncalled for. With whatever resources I had with me on hand,I had to made do for the day to enjoy my private tour.i purposely went back to my room around the late afternoon at 5pm to check on the situation hoping it was resolved as it was sticky. Though room was ok, went back to room that was not service for housekeeping. Took a shower to freshen up,change in comfortable clothes for my evening plans and call the receptionist requesting for housekeeping to clean my room. I wonder if the duty manager is aware of the issues as no apologies was offered frm the duty manager or the front desk manager. The only apologies I had frm the hotel was from Tittle and the lady from the concierge who updated me that the room is ok when I query about the room A pleasant hotel to stay with except for the situation that I was in.

I would like to thank the entire team at the Mercure Sukhuvmit 11 Bangkok. The room was spacious and comfortable. I had lunch which was served with professionalism. It is a pity to not get a chance to have a hot chocolate for breakfast; except that the buffet was sufficient. The waitress One is leading the restaurant strongly and high concern. Thank you all.

We stayed there for one night as we were flying back home the following evening, the lady at reception (did not get her name but she was there on Monday 26 Nov and handled our check in for room 1201) went above and beyond. She said because of our situation we could check out at 2pm instead of 12pm and we could use the shower at the pool area to freshen up after we had checked out. This amazing service was totally unexpected.

Appreciate the kind gesture for the complimentary upgrade and love the polite and friendly customer service personnel in the hotel. Definitely find Mecure in a great location 5mins walk to nearest Nana BTS and 10-15mins walk to T21. Rooms are nice and clean with a well equipped and clean gym as well.

Very weak shower; hot/cold temperature very hard to adjust. location is convenient; staff is somewhat unattentive; pretty slow to respond to your needs; not flexible. would expect a much better service quality and accommodation standard to be honest. I changed to Mercure Makkasan after 2 days and would rate much higher.

Overall, from check in to check out it was pleasant. Room was spacious and clean, bed very comfortable, and staff were friendly and personable. Breakfast was very nice too. I have no major issues with my stay. Some minor quibbles: the blockout blinds worked, though they did not quite block the light from the right hand side. Additionally, the TV came on every time I put my card in the wall slot - not a major issue, but a bit annoying. Lastly, two lifts aren't really enough for a hotel of this size, and they are quite small. 4 people plus luggage and they were full. There were a few mystery drinks that had been charged to my room by other people, but these were removed on check-out without any issues. I would stay again.

I've been staying at your establishment for the last 2 years everytime I've visited bangkok (about 4 to 5 times a year). I've always experienced great service at your hotel until my recent 2 trips. The concierge service is the last friendly I've ever experienced staying at any hotel anywhere. It used to be really good, however in my recent visit I found them unfriendly bordering on indifferent. Request for the hotel tuk-tuk service to the main road were met with barely concealed irritation. There was a general reluctance to provide this service. I felt like I was making an imposition when I asked to use the hotel tuk-tuk service. The restaurant at which breakfast is served - Alex - has very unfriendly staff too. This wasn't the case before. The housekeeping staff are excellent - very accommodation and friendly. As were the front office staff. I feel that the lackluster service in the concierge and Alex restaurant should be looked into - It was bad enough that other members of my party - there were a total of over 8 rooms booked - had the same vibe of unfriendliness.
