The hotel located in the best area not far from BTS . There are many restaurant nearby. We got very warm welcome from Khun Beauty who checked us in with High standard of service and very friendly. All hotel informations were explained completly. Next morning , we enjoyed our breakfast at Club Lounge. The staff there offered a pleasant service (Sorry to not remembered name she is on shift on 8th June). She took care of us during our breakfast. We were enjoyed our stay at Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit11 and definitly come back sure.

From the first i entered the hotel, it was wonderful as your colleague guided me to the front desk to check in. The desk agent was pleasant and it was my first time too here in bangkok too. I am very happy with the room that i was assigned to. The room was fantastic and very spacious. And your concierge Adison recommended me great places to visit. Overall it was a wonderful experience a 5* rating from me.

Our room had a very unpleasant smell, unlike our friends’ room. The amenities were Quite good, bed massive, air conditioner worked well.. Breakfast was very average. Nothing changed from one day to the next and I think the coconut soup was dished up four days in a row. As this had chicken in it, I think we would have been very sick if we had eaten it. Location was good-lots of good restaurants around this area and easy to catch the train or boat in the canal to navigate around Bangkok. Staff were usually friendly.

Accor and its sub brand Mercure does very well in all matters normally. This was the 1st time I g=had stayed at this hotel with a breakfast option. MY advice save your money for a sub standard breakfast and go and have a nice breakfast somewhere else. Limited food choice, low qualify, weird layout i.e. Bread and toaster in one area and butter at the salad bar in another and separate area. I am sure its not meant to be a treasure hunt. Biggest complaint Accor hroupp always has a good selection of breads, not at this hotel only local sliced stuff yuck. Where is your pride

Rooms were generally nice, facilities good and staff very friendly. Only negatives being that there seemed to be a lot of construction noise in the morning and the shower was not great. First room I stayed in had a leaking shower a blocked drain and no hot water. This was attempted to be fixed by staff but didn't work. I was moved to an alternative room with a bath and shower but the same problem with the shower although the bath did have satisfactory hot water. I like my showers to be hot and I was not able to have a good shower through my stay which was a little disappointing. Other than this the breakfast was adaquet but could be improved and as a smoker who prefers to smoke outside instead of in a smoking room I found the prostitution problem not great especially when I was on the hotel premises and prostitutes were able to walk up without challenge. Although understand that the area the hotel is in unfortunately attracts this sort of night life. Other than this the staff were very helpful.

The location of the hotel was just right. The room on the privilege floor was good (1103) - except that: 1) It reeks of cigarette smoke (suspect it came from the toilet vent) 2) It had an odd pillar in the room that made the room look dark 3) Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs could certainly do with a revamp! (doesn't feel like a hotel breakfast). We were lucky to be Platinum members with lounge access, was horrified when we saw the state of the breakfast at the restaurant on the ground floor. Breakfast spread can be better too with more options! 4) No welcome gifts as platinum members aside from soft drinks in the fridge and 2 vouchers for welcome drinks at the pool (not like it mattered, but the thought would be great!) That said, I would like to thank the following: 1) Tom from Concierge for his excellent and friendly gestures for remembering us as returning guests (having met us 2 years ago!). He is an asset! 2) The ladies manning the privilege lounge for being so accommodating

Good: Good price. The hotel room is spacious and the location is excellent. Bad: 1) The refrigerator is not working. 2) The room is so noisy (i am staying on the first floor) 3) Worst of all, the fire alarm went off 2 times on the first night in my room.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. There's nothing to complain about. The location of the hotel was also good, about 7 minutes from the BTS Nana Station with some convenience stores on the way and coffee shops and restaurants aroud the hotel. The hotel staff were so kind, especially Adison was so nice and friendly that we enjoyed talking a lot. After the check out, hotel's tuktuk helpfully brought me to the station with my heavy luggage. I really enjoyed my stay and the next time I visit Bangkok, I will put up at Mercure Sukhunvit 11.

Stayed for 4 days at the end of a recent trip the staff was excellent from check in to check out. Check in was smooth and easy. The room was modern and clean. The breakfast was good with a variety of food choices. The pool was clean and inviting. The pool bar staff was excellent and accommodating. The location of the hotel was outstanding. Close to all you want to do. Check out was effortless and the staff in getting a cab to the airport did a good job at the early time. Would recommend you choose stay here if your travels bring you this way.
