Room was big, beds comfortable; breakfast was basic but as Accor we were near enough to treat ourselves to a Sofitel breakfast. Perhaps, you may wish to consider flashing key cards of hotel to get discount on meals at restaurants along Soi 11 and help promote other businesses. One of the hotels on Soi 11 did that. We ate at restaurants along this stretch.

Everything is ok, but the employee at the reception did not speak Thai. Which I think is strange, she should speak the language of the country. We did not have breakfast, because we understood it is the same like last year (same provider). And that was a poor breakfast. That is why we had breakfast outside.

I stayed at room #502 on last week. Overall is very good but only the rain-forest shower head did not constant provided hot water especially during morning period. I always need to jump to another shower head which was at bathtub.

Very noisy hotel - even in the Privilege Club Rooms

Disappointed overall after booking a Privilege room. The breakfast was not great in the Club Lounge - very limited choices.Enough said on that point. The main problem was noise which was not from outside the hotel from the bars and nightclubs on the street but from inside the hotel. The floor above me was the Club lounge and they seemed to have been pushing furniture around at 4am (every night - I stayed 3 nights) and during the day - so there was no peace in my room. My main problem though was the doors on the rooms on my floor. People were coming in and out constantly as you would expect and they letting the doors close by themselves. The doors were not damped and so they slammed back into the door frame which was shaking the walls in my room. As my neighbour was the main culprit whilst I was lying in bed trying to sleep it was particularly annoying. I went out several times to try and speak to the person doing this but never caught anyone. This was happening until all hours of the morning. As I was weary from my long journey from the UK I could not relax at all during my stay at this hotel. Never again. I am a Silver Accor member so I will choose somewhere else next time.

The Hotel is placed in Soi11 and there's many Bar and Nightlife around. It's also quite easy to use the Tuk Tuk and Taxi to move everywhere. Closest Metro stop is around 500/600 meter walk. The Room are very nice, cozy and especially quiet (the street soi11 itself is not quiet at all, it's very alive). Breakfast is also good.

A really good experience staying at the Mercure Sukhumvit Soi 11. The hotel and rooms were well appointed (in particular, a really good swimming pool, comfortable bed and excellent shower) and the service excellent, particularly from Addison who helped us with our cases and booking a taxi. The location of the hotel was good and near to the Nana BTS.

The room was spacious, the service was great. However, the housekeeper didn't supply another set of shower gel and shampoo which caused me trouble having a shower in the second morning. I was in a rush going to work, so I didn't notify the staff. The breakfast had very limited options and the taste was just average.

All was fine a couple of minor issues like the reception is a little to small as also very busy most of the time and gust wait a while at times. Also the first time I tried to call housekeeping and the phone seemed to work and ring many times without anyone answer, so I tried 24/24 and reception fast dial buttons and dial 0 too and all just ring a long time (much more than 3 rings) without any answer. I ended up bring my suit for pressing to the reception myself when I went outside and I give and comment regarding my phone issue to concierge and give them my suit too. When I returned it seems the phone was fine again. Thanks for the concierge or engineering team to look after it.
