I enjoyed staying at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 very much. The rooms were clean and tidy, location was convenient and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing, a great way to start the day. I enjoyed having a drink beside the rooftop pool as the surrounding buildings sparkle from the light of the setting sun. My only complaints is that I felt the prices of food and drinks were a little expensive.

All the staff were wonderful. Bed was nice (king size), Pillows comfy, liked the sofa, tv. Shower is not the same as some other Novotels………...no glass wall, so can't watch tv while taking a shower. Amenities were just a bar of soap, shampoo, and shower gel. Didn't give the qtips, toothbrushes, shower cap, hygiene thingy like other Novotels. There was an electrical outlet in the bathroom which I liked. The outlets in the room were universal.

this was my second stay at this hotel. it is very good new property. all amenities are of latest technology. the buffet break fast is excellent. very pleasant and supporting satff. internet works very well. overall good experience. walking distance from metro station and shopping mall

Nice and helpful staff. Great location just 5 mins walk from BTS Nana station. Clean and comfy room. Rooftop swimming pool with very nice view! The only complaint is the shower temperature was not so stable. It kept turning from warm to very hot or cold just very hard to adjust to an optimal temperature.

I enjoyed my stay with you very much. The staff at the check-in desk were very friendly and so were the staff in the restaurant, which I used for breakfast. I though the room was very nice. A good size and the bathroom was perfect for me. I used the gym which I found was stocked with good equipment. My only negative about the gym was that the air-con didn't cool down the space enough. I had a couple of beers at Red Square one night which was very pleasant, it was late so not many people. I didn't get a chance to really use the pool as the weather was not so good.

My wife and I stayed at your hotel for the second time - the first time being just weeks after opening last year. We stayed for only 3 nights, shorter than we would have liked as my wife loves your pool for her instagram photos. On the last night of our stay being Saturday the 14th of September, my wife took me to a restaurant in which I ate bad food. Within minutes I was felling unwell, by the time I got to the hotel I had already thrown u several times and was in quite a state (around 9-10pm). By 2am I was so unwell I collapsed in the shower, my breathing had slowed and was beginning to stop, my heart racing and I could no longer support my own body weight. My wife called the main desk, and your staff were simply amazing. They advised my wife where to go to get treatment for me, and advised her of the fastest way to get there. They bought a wheelchair to the room for me without even asking. I was in such a state I could not even dress, your staff helped maintain my dignity by ensuring I was covered. Your FOH staff loaned money to my wife to pay for the taxi, as she was in such a state of panic seeing me near death that she forgot her own. Your night staff cleaned our room for us, despite me not being able to control my bodily functions they did not say a word. I pitied them, but admired their strong work ethic and attitude towards someone in need. I am not old, and could easily have been mistaken for a drunk when I entered the hotel with a plastic bag filled with my own throw up, but your staff did not judge but showed the genuinely cared, and knew how to deal with a sensitive and potentially life threatening situation. Your night shift staff, particularly the two men that cleaned the room, the shorter man that loaded me and pushed me in the wheelchair from my room 2202, and the FOH lady that loaned my wife money for the taxi deserve so much more than I could ever give. These staff alone, have earnt you a customer for life with us - that being before we even remember the great location, the high level of room maintenance, the high level of staff presentation and professionalism and quality hotel build that comes with the property at Sukhumvit Soi 4. From one much smaller hotelier to you, thank you so very much.

Hotel is new and located at the center of Bangkok crowd. All the front office and restaurant staffs were very friendly and helpful. Everything worked as expected except the the room has no standard amenities. We booked 2 rooms but they have different amenities provided and we had to ask the cleaners for the missing amenities that we need. In overall we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
