Bogus charges for a property the only great point of which is the location. Restaurant is also in another hotel. Also upgraded to a room with two king size beds - of what use? Really disappointing! Charge for two people when only one person is staying!

Service attitude lacking of follow up. The room was not clean deeply and there is an evident lack of maintenance in walls, dirty bathroom, shower with fails. It is not what we expected. The lady who arrange the room has exceptional attitude. The personal in the front desk is friendly, they sent us to the big hotel in front and people there treat us in a bad way because we are not staying there no matter our hotel is not having pool and the services were not allowed because low seasonality

Bovedas Santa Clara belongs to the Sofitel Santa Clara hotel but is 200m further down. It is much quieter but still has access to the pool and restaurant facilities. The rooms are more apartment like with a small kitchen and sofa area.
