Amazing Experience At Avista Grande

The hotel and amenities are so great. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very clean. Located right across from the beach which was very convenient and the pool was also great. The hotel’s restaurant is absolutely amazing! It was some of the best food in Phuket. The breakfast buffet is a must have! So much variety and the service is impeccable. Jatin is so personable and accommodating. The level of service he provided was off the charts incredible! He definitely prioritizes the needs of the guests and goes above and beyond. Between him and Julia, it was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had. Thank you for the very memorable experience and I hope to be back!

The pool was great but was very crowded one day. If you are looking for a place to spend time with friends or family we recommend this place

Nice room with gorgeous of view, Five stars hotel in Accor chain. Not far the beach, walk around 5 minutes. Suitable for family and couple. I like a pool bar, such a great bar with big pool that can enjoy swimming and drinking there. Staffs are all kind, especially Khun Punce (Front office team). She is very kind and helpful. Thanks a lot.

We had a lovely 10 night stay at Avista Grand Phuket Karon. The rooms were generous, clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a small issue which when raised with the desk staff was fixed immediately. Huge thank you to Punch at reception who was able to find us 2 rooms for an extra night after our flight home was cancelled. Punch was so lovely and calm, and wonderful to deal with in a stressful situation. The buffet breakfast was delicious, as was the food at the Lido bar. The pool was great and refreshing.
