We have a large number of products for vegetarians: pastries, organic bread, cereals, cereal seeds, fresh fruit, French cheeses, scrambled eggs, cucumber, tomatoes... As this was 2+1 room, I was missing more cabinets for clothing, for 2 kids and one adult was room rather small Receptionists were nice and helpfull

Welcoming guests upon check in wasvery pleasant, friendly, felt being welcome. Room on 2nd floor, facing a big square. Luckiky windows could be openedfor fresh air. Room so spacious, clean bathroom, loved the small amenities. Wifi acces was free, but ended up using my own mobile 4G instead because its speed was much faster. That was the one “negative” aspect of the whole stay. Loved the living room style lobby and reception. Loved the hotel.

Convenient, clean, very close to the train station and Disneyland Paris. Only a ten minutes train ride to Disneyland Paris or a fifteen minute drive to there. Also very close to Restraunts and various types of shops and a supermarket as well. Overall a great experience. Thanks

I arrived late at the hotel and at the reception and I guess the guy I found behind a desk is only the night guard. He couldn’t answer the simplistic questions I asked him. If the reservation includes breakfast or not, the parking lot of the hotel. Any way, I was with some friends and I was so disappointed.

Hotel is in a great location as it's near the metro train station so it's very easy to get to Disneyland Paris.The Hotel staff is very friendly. The room was clean.There is a hotel garage underground very spacious.It is the 4th time that I come with my family at this hotel and we intend to come again.

Booked a room to spend the night with my 2 sons prior to a visit to Disney. Arrived late, quick checking, spotless room, good beds, nice breakfast, free parking. Our stay was everything it would have been. Excellent.

The hotel is very good location for Disneyland and go center. If you have more plan to spend time in Disneyland without car, the hotel is good choice. There are a lot of restaurant and supermarket near the hotel. Only one thing we disappointed that the egg in the breakfast was not cooked. we spent always 10 min to cook eggs.

« OK but too expensive price this time »

experience was similar to previous times we were here. So we were satisfied about that. It was a pitty that we booked early directly at mercure for a much higher amount than we could have had paid if we booked later via neckermann. We contacted Mercure about this but they were not willing to do anything about it, although they claim to have lowest price guarantee and the room we had was similar to the room we would have had if we would have booked via neckermann. This was not a good experience!

As I have already explained in the mail I sent you, you did not have the same benefits as the customers of Neckermann. You have booked a non-cancellable and non-modifiable room, it is not that we did not want to do anything for you but we must respect the conditions of sale of your reservation that you agreed upon your reservation. I am sorry that it did not allow you to spend a pleasant stay in our beautiful hotel. Hoping to see you again very soon in our establishment to spend a new pleasant stay. Best regards Jeremy V
