I had the worst experience in this hotel. In the middle of the night, the fire alarm started to ring, a false alarm, there was no fire. It rang for about 15 minutes, at 2AM. The next day, the staff didn’t even bother to apologize! When staying in a hotel, pretty much the first thing you are looking for is to get a good night of sleep, well that didn’t happen….

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable with a lovely view over the river. Having an electric car on my travels it was great that there were two charge points across the road from the hotel which was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. Good stay!
